Very convenient for the station as I was travelling by train. Excellent steak and chips.

Fine, no frills hotel conveniently located near the railroad station. We were allowed to check in early and check out late. Breakfast was excellent.

Pleasant

We arrived on a Saturday evening. The hotel reception was closed so therefore we did not meet any staff. However we had been advised of the code to enter the hotel door (and this worked!) and our keys were ,as promised, hanging on the key -board. So thank you for that arrangement. We did not stay for breakfast, so cannot comment on the breakfast service.

One of the bedrooms (the quadruple room) overlooked the main road which was very noisy for most of the night - so very little sleep for the occupants, sad to say.

the room was ok but the staff was rude, the breakfast was non-existent and what you could find was old, old food left in the fridge

Staff were friendly/helpful. Simple hotel by the station - 12 minute walk to main town square. Good for a stop-over.

The room though small had a spacious bathroom. The location was quite convenient to the centre of town. The breakfast was good. The carpark was free

The beds were very small, smaller than a standard single bed. It was a real squeeze between the single beds too, so hope you know the person you're sharing with very well! There was a kettle in the room, but for two people there was just ONE tea bag between two people!! No coffee, no milk etc

I would come again.......

The room was well equipped, clean and felt modern and well looked after. Everything worked. Just one thing - a kettle, yes, but only one tea bag there! No instant coffee, no selection of teas.

Convenient and comfortable hotel enhanced by the attitude of the member of staff on duty.

Although the restaurant was closed because of covid we were provided an excellent meal as local restaurants were also closed. Staff were brilliant.

Fantastic breakfast! Outstanding in every way, so much choice. Cereal, baked goods, cheese, ham, cakes and home made jam.. oranges to squeeze and excellent coffee. Madame was lovely and looked after us well.

Nothing. I personally prefer a soft mattress but the room was so clean and our dinner at the restaurant so good that we slept well.

Pleasant

Nice guest lady, ready to help. Breakfast was nice, although we missed baked/scrambbled egg.

The reception closed before 22.30, Just when we arrived and went upstairs. No refrigerator in the room (for medicine). Liquid soapbox in the shower was dirty and empty. We booked and paid for 5 persons, nevertheless there were towels for only 4 persons. Quite pricy
