Amplio, con balcones, equipado con cocina, hervidor de agua, microondas, nevera pequeña con congelador, toallas, sábanas limpias, mesita de comedor, etc.

1. No mandaron mensaje con instrucciones para buscar la llave en la caja fuerte. 2. No había nadie para hacer el check-in (pensaba que lo habría, dada la falta de instrucciones). 3. Hice la reserva en un hotel y ellos me metieron en otro (casi al lado) sin avisar... Cuando llegamos la llave por supuesto no estaba en el hotel. Estuvimos casi 1 hora (con ayuda de un huésped que hablaba francés), llamando para tratar de encontrar nuestra llave y con temor de que ni siquiera tuvieran nuestra reserva, mientras nuestros hijos esperaban muertos de sueño en el coche. Finalmente, con instrucciones vía telefónica que le dió un operador en francés al chico que nos ayudó, llegamos al otro hotel y apareció nuestra llave. 4. No había aire acondicionado, en un día con temps de entre 28 y 32°C. Al principio muy agobiante. Abrimos los balcones y encontramos ventiladores y mejoró.

This is not a hotel! If you book this on Booking it is listed like a hotel but it's not. It's a short-stay apt that isn't really serviced. Ok size apartment for a family of 4. Nice to have a small kitchen and real dining table. Ok location. Decent parking for $5 per day.

Reserved for a family of 4 people but they didn't make up the sofa bed. And there were no sheets in the apt so luckily my husband asked before they closed for the weekend because there is NO ONE after reception closes. The lack of reception/help is frustrating: no one onsite from Friday night to Monday morning so if you have a problem, too bad! We tried calling the various numbers, all said they "We are closed until Monday!" The apt was quite dirty & worn, stains on walls from lack of cleaning and mold in the shower. The duvet & pillows for the sofa bed were not clean!! Had hairs and pubes on them! Our poor kids had to sleep on them because no one at reception and no answer to our calls. The bathroom sink was clogged, so we couldn't use it. Our assigned parking spot was taken when we arrived. Upsetting that there was a big notice that we had to clean the apt, take out the trash, etc or we'd be billed a steep cleaning fee. We were there for under 12 hours and I couldn't wait to leave. Overall it was pretty gross. Wouldn't stay again.
