We arrived to Clermont Ferrand by train and it was really easy to get to our accommodation (just 3 stops by bus). The place is clean and have everything you need. The lady at the reception desk was really nice. Moreover, there is a tram stop by the building so in a while you are in the centre. The place was calm. I highly recommend. Great value for money.

Simple, clean, value for money with easy parking.

Easy parking outside the facility, technically payable during day, but I got no fine. Easy to find, easy access from motorway. Small, quiet room, clean, bathtub, internet ok, TV on (only French channels), I could stay till 12:30. Small kitchenette, I recommend to have tea & nescafe with you. McDonalds about 300 meters away, opens only at 10 AM (no option for a breakfast). Close to L'Aventure Michelin. Value for money.

I had to call upfront to get instruction how to access the property - reception is empty in the evening. My badge (chip) did not work at the entry door, I had to use the PIN. The 140 cm Queen size bed would be too narrow for 2.

Comfortable but hot in summer

The staff was very friendly

The west facing rooms were so hot and there was no air conditioning. The receptionist was very kind offering us fans to improve our stay.

Dirty, no help after hours and they expect you to clean after your stay!

This is not a hotel! If you book this on Booking it is listed like a hotel but it's not. It's a short-stay apt that isn't really serviced. Ok size apartment for a family of 4. Nice to have a small kitchen and real dining table. Ok location. Decent parking for $5 per day.

Reserved for a family of 4 people but they didn't make up the sofa bed. And there were no sheets in the apt so luckily my husband asked before they closed for the weekend because there is NO ONE after reception closes. The lack of reception/help is frustrating: no one onsite from Friday night to Monday morning so if you have a problem, too bad! We tried calling the various numbers, all said they "We are closed until Monday!" The apt was quite dirty & worn, stains on walls from lack of cleaning and mold in the shower. The duvet & pillows for the sofa bed were not clean!! Had hairs and pubes on them! Our poor kids had to sleep on them because no one at reception and no answer to our calls. The bathroom sink was clogged, so we couldn't use it. Our assigned parking spot was taken when we arrived. Upsetting that there was a big notice that we had to clean the apt, take out the trash, etc or we'd be billed a steep cleaning fee. We were there for under 12 hours and I couldn't wait to leave. Overall it was pretty gross. Wouldn't stay again.

Ok for 1 night as a stopover.

The baby bed was super dirty. Definitely not hygienic, I didn't put my baby to sleep in this! I prefer a different system to check in on a Sunday. The codes are better sent by e-mail. We didn't get anyone on the line and because of this we went to a nearby hotel and they gave us the codes to get in.

Good apartment for a one night stop over whilst travelling through France. well equipped to make a simple meal and ideal for a family of 4.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. The floor had a few hairs on it and there was a tube of something under the sink. Sofa bed was really uncomfortable but was ok for just one night.

C'était une nuit étape, rien à dire.

L'appartement est propre, confortable et spacieux.

La kitchenette était un peu petite, il faut bien s'organiser pour faire la vaisselle, il n'y a pas d'égouttoir et pas de place pour le mettre. Il faut essuyer la vaisselle au fur et à mesure qu'elle est rincée.

J'ai apprécié le séjour.

Bel emplacement! Cuisine bien placée avec équipements. J'ai été surpris de la charge supplémentaire de ménage (18 EUR simple et 36 EUR full) qu'il fallait que j'intègre dans mes dépenses en quittant la chambre. J'aurais aimé être mis au courant au moment de la réservation. Par contre, j'ai apprécié cette idée pour l'hôtel.

Pas assez de lumière au niveau de la table de la chambre pour travailler. Trop de lumière (aveuglante) avec la lampe de table.

Nous sommes arrivés à l hôtel à 19h pile. Heureusement. Le personnel quitte l établissement. La personne nous à gentiment ouvert et donné les clés de notre chambre. A 2 mn prêt nous étions sans possibilité d accès. J attends encore les codes.

Très agréable

Apart fonctionnel, calme, isolé phonique, une baignoire, personnel au top. La jeune femme qui nous a acceuillie le jeudi 29 janvier vers 16h mérite vraiment des félicitations de sa direction. Elle a tout fait pour mon confort, suite au fait qu'il manquait la bonde de la baignoire. Elle a tout testé pour trouver une solution jusqu'à nous changer de chambre. Cela mérite d'être dit, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse à été vraiment apprécié. Nous reviendrons, l'appartement était agréable, literie parfaite, calme et bien situé. Facile pour se garer à côté. Personnel au départ tout aussi agréable.

Appartement très bien , près du stade. Lit en 140 un peu petit. Le chauffage était mis. Pris convenable. Convient très bien pour quelques jours voir plus. Près d'une station de traway. Sinon très bien
