Easy if you need a stopover. Does the job.

Clean. Easy check-in. Underground parking just behind.

It was clean but not spotless, but at 49 the night…it was clean enough

Adequate hotel and parking. Eating and drinking were difficult.

The staff all spoke English and were pleasant, the hotel itself was fine as were the parking facilities.

We could only find a sports bar for a drink and a small cafe and salad bar near to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was fine but not of note.

A great welcome and stay.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable for the price. It's very handy for my visits to the hospital which is minutes away. Local boulangerie and Eat Salad on the doorstep. Only half an hour easy walk to Clermont centre and minutes to the rugby stadium and local shops, bars and food outlets.

There is a lot of construction work in Clermont at the moment, which will really enhance this area but it does start early morning and the road diversions around the hotel and hospital are forever changing. This is, however, for the greater good and it would not stop me from staying here.

Excellent location for visiting the city. Unfortunately few restaurants close. An excellent pastry shop for breakfast just below the hotel, if you don't want to pay 8 euros for an average commercial breakfast. Kind and helpful staff

Beyond value for money. Clean, comfortable, convenient.

Location was quiet, which is good but a little far from town center to walk. But still if no big luggage you can walk from the train station. Hotel was great value for money. Still looking new and great service. It is simple, clean and comfortable Did not take the breakfast but there is a bakery next door and a salad bar next to it if want dinner/lunch.

Very good

We had to find a hotel on short notice and this one was our choice. Mainly because it is close to the train station, but also since it had very good reviews. The room had a good size, enough space for 2 people. Also the bathroom was good sized and everything was clean. It was quiet during the night and all for a very good prize, so we definitely would stay there again.

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room and a hairdryer.

it was basic but very clean. For the money it was great value including breakfast. great location, 10 mins walk from the rugby stadium and the tram line which is then a 10 min ride into the centre. breakfast was basic but plentiful, no different in variety than many French hotels
