Great stay, cheap and cheerful

Parking wasn't included but the street outside was only .50 for 45 minutes then moved to the gravel car park up the road which was free from 7pm Saturday evening till Monday morning. Staff were excellent. Bed was clean and comfy. Was better than I expected for the price

Only problems were that coffee filter machine and kettle in room but no tea or coffee, by the time I realised it was to late to ask as reception had closed, and fridge and hairdryer wasn't working.

Comfy bed. Well equipped kitchenette. Easy clean parquet flooring.

Bathroom could do with a thorough deep clean and some minor repairs. Noisy plumbing. TV too small. Remote faulty. Fabric chair heavily stained and curtains need freshening up.

no staff when i arrived. i had to phone the emergency number and a lady who answered was far from clermont and wasn't that nice. Poor Polish man who couldn't speak French or English couldn't get what he wanted as there was no staff

good location and nice place to stay. I was there for one night only but definitely meant for longer stays given the kitchen. Nolwenn at the desk was gorgeous, sweet and welcoming.

We spent her one night. Easy to find, parking and easy remote check in. Rooms has everything for short stay, kitchen is equipped. Cot for baby was clean.

Nice quiet , clean apparment. Everything you need for a couple of days. Friendly staff. Free tram service on a weekend. Secure parking and a safe cheap parking location near the tram stop.

Was unlucky to hit a 32c heat wave in May. Fan proved but aircon would be a bonus.

Very nice and comfortable apparthotel

Very nice apparthotel , next to the rugby stadium. Clean and convenient. The staffs are always kind and helpful, and as an apparthotel, check in time is quite flexible with their self check in sysrem. It has a small kitchen, dishes and cups, kettle, pots,quite well equipped for short stay. The bathroom is also clean and well equipped. There is a hairdryer. Wifi is free and working fine. There is a tram stop in front of appartment to go to city center.

There used to be a proper desk in a room but now there is only round table and no desk. For many people maybe it is better to have a small round table to dine on, but I prefer to have a desk (as I work long hour with PC and document). (Although you can work on this round table,the width is insufficient for PC & documents)

Spacious, tidy room with a handy little kitchen

Spacious, tidy room with a handy little kitchen within walking distance of the historical center of Clermont-Ferrand. In case of rain, the tram line can also be used with a stop at 50 meters from the Residhome. Very friendly receptionist who spontaneously offered us the reserved underground parking space for free because the elevator broke down during our stay.

The nice clean comfortable apparthotel

It is the apparthotel with small kitchen, a proper desk and bathroom with bathtub. It is like home and for me it is better than hotel as I like to make coffee or cook small things. There are a microwave, fridge , basic kitchenware, and sponge and dish washing soap in kitchen, and hairdryer in bathroon. In my last stay, I found the linen was fresher than my last stay. The staffs are always helpful and as this type of apparthotel, the staffs are there longer hours to assist us, compared to may other apparthotel, which I think it is important plus. The location is good for me , next to the Rugby stadium and in front of tram stop.

Wifi is working fine, but quite often I had to re-login, which was a bit troublesome

A warm, pleasant room with all the necessities provided in the kitchenette. Everything was spotless. I had a room at the back (garden) and it was very quiet. A short 10-15 minute stroll into town or, as an alternative, the tram stop is just outside the front door. It's also quite close to the station.

Clean Convenient Confortable

After staying the apparthotel like this which gives all freedom and conveniency to make coffee, warm up some food etc I will have difficulty to stay in normal hotels. This apparthotel has some flexibility for check-in time, and for quite many hours someone at the reception althought not 24 h, and their key pick up system is quite efficient. The room is spacious, there is a good desk and chair, well working free wifi, kettle, dishes, so on. Dish washing liquid and sponge are provided. I think it is very well arranged and bathroom has bathtub as well. More I come here more I find this place very convenient and comfortable. The Also staffs are very kind.

Some time I have to rewash cups and dishes before use because the customer before doesn't wash it properly. Don't use an electric kettle and microwave at the same time. It blows fuse. You can put it back easily at the box next to the door which is always half open, but no explanation indicated.
