The staff at the reception was very helpful, friendly and kind. I struggled with my French and she immediately suggested English and helped me. Unfortunately I don’t know her name, she was working on the night of 08/01/2026 shift.
The room was clean and warm during a very cold night.
Shower was amazing, good pressure and warm.
The access to the hotel on my arrival, very confusing, but luckily the young lady working at the reception helped me to get in.
I guess this issue is due of road changes all over Clermont Ferrand including this road to access the hotel

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Lovely outdoor bar area, which was welcome in the very hot weather!
I couldn’t get the aircon to go, but didn’t bother asking staff to assist, so the room was very hot, more my issue than theirs! Would recommend putting in instructions to use aircon in other languages!
