The place is not bad at all, it had everything we wanted for our stay with a baby but the heat in the room is unbearable and although there was one ventilator we gave it to the baby and we suffered and didn't sleep at all from the extreme heat.

Very well placed for the rugby stadium with very good tram link to the centre which is a c.30 min walk. Little grocery store and boulangerie a 5 min walk away and some places to eat nearby. Useful to have a washing machine and tumble dryer on site. No air conditioning which would be unpleasant when hot. If you require parking, reconfirm this at least twice as once was not enough for the message to get through and you need a fob to enter the parking. Major downside for us was no wifi at all during our Sun-Thurs stay which was very inconvenient.

The five Euro a day secure parking was a huge convenience. Stayed on a one night stopover en-route to St. Etienne for the Euro's. Great little apartment hotel - clean functional, good space in the rooms, tidy little kitchen and walking distance to the town centre. This would be ideal for Rugby fans as its a stones throw from the stadium.
