Good value, very clean and comfortable. It’s in a convenient location if travelling by rail, with helpful, friendly staf

Helpful, welcoming, relaxed but efficient staff. In particular Uti was most helpful. It’s in an old building, close to the railway with very good bus, then tram links to the main part of the city. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. All very clean. Good security in a less than salubrious area. Good breakfast.

Minor things. Aircon didn’t work but at least the window could open. Clothes hangers immovable and not in a good position relative to baggage.

Just opposite to the train station. Very convenient if you have late arrival and early departure like my case. Also serving breakfast early like before 6am

It was clean but there was no soup in the bathroom.

The breakfast was an absolute shame, I couldn't feed my kids with such a dry breakfast, only very hard and ice cold boiler eggs. I was expecting more from Ibis even if it's a different country there should be a standard of serving breakfast.

Close to the train station. .we were able to walk to it with luggage Nice breakfast. Not bad for the price. Not a full feature hotel , but for the price, it's a nice clean bed and bathroom..

Clean, comfort and convenient - can’t get better than that.

Great location for train travellers as it’s right opposite Clermont-Ferrand railway station. Very helpful and welcoming staff; my wife, at the time, was a wheelchair user and they were very keen to help us. The lift was big enough for a wheel chair and supporter. Room was great and comfortable with a nice shower. Electric shutters were handy. Great breakfast. The best loo paper that we’ve come across on our travels across France this year - nice and wide and thick! For an evening meal the Hotel Commercants next door is excellent - a great choice of food and it’s used by locals which is always a good sign.

These are points that I hope the hotel will consider for less able customers. 1. A small ramp at the entrance for wheelchair users. 2. A hand rail for the steps down to the breakfast room (I appreciate a ramp wouldnt be possible).

Ibis fulfilled my expectations

Everything was very clean and the bathroom had good towels and toiletries. The breakfast was plentiful and plenty of choice. Checkout at midday was great advantage.

The breakfast room was quite small so difficult to find space to eat. As my trip was early in the year the hotel wasn't as busy as it might become later so this could be a problem for guests.

good sized quiet triple room with great views on 6th floor. Good breakfast though busy. Good parking. Short 15min walk to historic centre. Reception gave good restaurant recommendations and were v helpful including on the phone.

It was a nice staying in general. The hotel is located near the train station and that was great for my trip. Also the room was tidy, well-furniture, quite. The mirror in the room was just perfect 😍

It is a standard IBIS within easy walking distance from the rail/bus station. Clean, quite basic and fully acceptable as a transit stop over. Breakfast was basic but acceptable.

The area is a bit rough but the hotel is safe enough.

Makkelijk bereikbaar hotel op zeer korte afstand van treinstation. Heel prettig personeel dat erg klantgericht is. Prima kamer, goed bed en ruime sanitaire voorzieningen. Ontbijt is goed gevarieerd. Voldoende restaurants in de nabije omgeving. Stadscentrum op loopafstand.

Séjour satisfaisant

Le parking était appréciable et sécurisant pour la voiture. L’accueil était très aimable. La décoration de l’hôtel était soignée.

Le petit déjeuner était peu varié. Il aurait été apprécié d’avoir de vrai fruit et une possibilité d’Œuf brouillé. La douche n’évacuait pas correctement l’eau et donc la salle de bain s’inondait.
