Overnight stop.

A good location for an overnight pit stop as we travelled across France. On-site parking.

Had a service station feel about it. Nothing exceptional, just adequate. Cooking smells in the air from our 4th floor room.

Modern Creative Hotel with No Check-in Parking

This is the second Aiden Hotel near a train station I stayed at on this trip. They each were unique, trying to meet the needs of train travelers, working professionals, and other guests. This one tried to put everything in the lobby. A co-working area. The restaurant demarcated by a rope. Staff eating area. Breakfast area. It is unusual but it seemed to work. Partly because their staff has been trained well and are professional and efficient. And they have been taught to smile. They make everything more pleasant. It is about a ten minute walk to the train station. But the sidewalks are rough and patched asphalt which is challenging for rolling luggage. The breakfast was very good. The dinner in the lobby restaurant seating area was also very good. There is a bar in the lobby area also and again it was well run. They are able to meet the needs of the older train travelers who show up at 6:31 for breakfast and the remote workers who meet for hours at the long table in the lobby to "work".

There is a significant problem with this hotel. Even though they offer expensive paid parking there is nowhere to park at the hotel when you arrive to check in and unload. You have to hope there is an open spot nearby at the curb. And since you don't know that when you arrive the first time you may end up going around a long busy confusing loop of one way streets to come back around to take any street parking spot within a block or two before you get back to the hotel. They have blocked off a small parking lot at the hotel which could work for temporary check-in parking. This can be very frustrating. Especially if you have driven any distance to get there and are tired.

Overall a nice stay but not sure it’s worth the price.

Stylish and clean

Access to the pool but have to pay and under 12s not allowed. Breakfast service was poor - tables weren’t being cleaned and food slow to be replenished. Had to ask the waitress a couple of times. Also no bar snacks which seemed odd. Little things but expect more from a 4 star.

Rude staff

Very clean and comfortable rooms

I cannot believe how incredibly rude the staff is here, we checked in at night after driving with two children for a very long time, we were booked in a room with one bed for four of us. I initially went downstairs to ask for extra bed sheets and pillow (we would just make it work) to my surprise all the sudden the same lady who checked us in said "I don't speak English " and started laughing. So unprofessional, but when checking us in she spoke english and even offered us to pay for breakfast. Not until I told her I have other citizenships besides English did she even attempt to solve our situation. We ended up switching to a room that had a pull out sofa for our children, after unneeded stress.Regardless so rude so unprofessional, very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Great place for a lazy stop on your road trip

Well decorated and comfortable room. Very light and friendly. The kids got a cute goodie bag and we could park the car and charge overnight very easily! The food was great as well! Perfect for a lazy stop on our way to the south.

The garage was a bit tricky to navigate and the location wasn’t very exciting which was fine for our purpose but not for a prolonged stay.

Good bed and breakfast. Location is good if you are traveling down France towards French Riviera, avoiding Paris and want a place to stay overnight. Good location if you want a stop over and want to drive over the Millau Viaduct the following day.

Ok for a stopover

The staff were extremely helpful and the food was good. There was a terrace area to sit out but overlooked the car park.

We were expecting a pool/spa facility- maybe we misread but it wasn’t clear in the description. There was some work being carried out and we could hear this from our room, it was noisy but did die down later into the evening. The room was a Comfort Room but there was very little space to get out of bed. The shower was slippery so not suitable for disabled guest.

Highly recommended for hotel close to city centre with parking!

The hotel felt brand new. Reception decor was modern and bright with a relaxing bar to match. Cocktails at the bar were excellent. Rooms were clean, immaculate and well equipped. When we arrived we asked for a room with a bath which they moved us to without hesitation. Location was a stones throw from a tram which took us right into the city centre. Delicious homemade(?) yoghurts at breakfast, amongst other tasty treats.

Staff at reception and restaurant was extremely friendly. Everything was really clean. Meal at the restaurant was nice. Good value for money, with “extras” totally affordable compared to other places (pet, parking, etc.).

Great Location and Staff but not 4 stars when it comes to Quality of the Rooms.

A short tram ride away from the center of town. Staff is friendly and professional and plenty of parking available (though costs around 12 EUR a night). For families, it's a walking distance from the Michelin Museum which is well worth a visit.

Quality of rooms is inconsistent. Spent two separate nights and the 1st night we were in a modern/renovated room that was a bit small. The 2nd night we were in a larger room but the furniture/bathroom was a bit rundown.
