It was a great location for the conference centre and Royal Hall. There was parking permit provided and the town centre was a short walk away.
The room was well appointed and very clean.
The whole building was tastfully decorated with attention to detail.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. The booking in system was by text and worked well.
The room was small but this was fine for a short stay.

Good location, rules on back of door say a cooked breakfast if needed is available, these need updating along with the WIFI info in the bedroom, the correct info is on the front door, reasonably clean,room was pretty small though, parking worked well with the provided permit, Kim is nice and cheerful on checkout, decorating could do with a makeover, a lot of scuff marks on walls.
