The location was the first draw to this property as I was visiting for a conference at The Magestic Hotel. But my overall experience was exceptional and I would definitely return. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by a homely sense of calm and gorgeous decor.
The staff are friendly and helpful with a wonderful way of making you feel welcome and at home.
The rooms are fully set up with all you need and more. I cannot forget to mention the breakfast was the icing on the cake. I can highly recommend Springdale, and can’t thank Caroline and Nigel enough for their excellent hospitality.

Great hosts. Excellent accommodation and good breakfast. Large comfortable room well appointed and very clean. Ideally located for the Harrogate Convention Centre.

The owners/operators were excellent. The room was extremely well appointed and spotlessly clean. The service and food at breakfast was equally good.Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel welcome and each guest was provided with a first class personal service.
There was nothing I can think of that could or should be improved.
