The proximity to Harrogate town centre was great. The room was well designed to accommodate more than a few nights stay. Bed was comfy too.

The place was nice, coffee capsules were a great touch and kitchen facilities were good. Bedroom comfortable and cosy, great TV and Netflix which was great.
There is clearly damp issues with the property, paint bubbling and peeling off the walls in bathroom, blinds stained from mold which the owners have tried to remove but stains have remained. Mold and damp are a health issue and does need addressing properly. Lack of privacy at the door between bedroom and bathroom, door should have fully frosted glass. Room did not look like pictures.
