Great location, very clean and comfortable.
The room and bathroom were a tad smaller than we expected. Some difficulties getting into our room using the smart lock.

The room was well prepared. Warm and ample coffee and biscuits. Good to have fresh milk. Breakfast was very good and staff pleasant and helpful.
Didn't see anyone to greet us.
Would have appreciated a rubber shower mat - anti slip. TV challenging to use.

Great staff who were always more than happy to help. Excellent breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and warm, and within walking distance of the centre.
Had to park on the street every night, though permits were provided (but no permits were left on the last night). No lift but we knew this when booking.
