Location in Harrogate excellent for conference centre, restaurants and shopping.
Bathroom in room 2 gorgeous, very nice bath, nice quality gels,shampoo and conditioner.
Nice touch with snacks,proper coffee,fresh milk for arrival. Fridge, sink, crockery, kettle, etc all tucked away cleverly in a pull out cupboard.
Comfy bed.
Great communication beforehand and with parking requests,very speedy replies.
Overall happy with price,stay and would use again.
If I had to pick something I would say a second comfy chair in the bay window would be great. Having only one comfy arm chair meant the second person had to sit on fold out chair or on the bed, but lucky for me I bagged the comfy chair each time:)
