Staff were helpful and assisted with an early check in. Room was clean and well presented. Motion sensor stair light seemed to come on when our constantlry arguing neighbours were in and out of their room banging doors. Maybe fit a normal two way lighting system ratjer than a motion would be better. On the whole a nice apartment and would stay again as it is a very good location.

Room was ok, but a bit odd as there were hole in ceiling filled in with tissue! The key problem is that this is not a hotel, it services accommodation. This is not clear from the listing/name. The result is that no staff are on site. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. It appeared to be false alarm but the management/contact numbers were less than helpful and told us to go back to bed (with the alarm still ringing). They could t tell us when someone would come and turn off the alarm, or how they could be sure and confident it was a false alarm. Neither I nor others staying in the ‘hotel’ felt safe so we called the fire service who responded and checked the building. They confirmed all was safe but could not silence the alarm. We were forced to wait for around 1.5 hrs outside in the middle of the night until someone turned up to turn it off.

Cool place so central , didn't bother me but no lift and could be a few flights of stairs with luggage , bit painful doing codes to get in and out of room and downstairs doors etc But overall nice stay

The fire alarm went off and there was nobody onsite to help. No evacuation procedure or plan. Luckily there wasn’t a fire BUT had there have been it would have been a nightmare. We were out in the cold awaiting instructions. Management are not onsite, you call the number you have and ask where do we go? Meeting assembly point, what happens now and the answer. I don’t know and management have been called! I asked for the lady to call management to see when they would arrive. No call backs. I was told management are from out of town. Someone else calls the fire service which is a waste of resources and their time, I felt terrible. There wasn’t even a plan for the building. No layout. No instructions. Firefighters went in. No fire. No key for the fire panel the key was locked in the inside store cupboard/room. The guy attending was not management. Came from Wakefield. If anything happens whilst you are here you’d have no help. A young guy said it was his second time staying. First time he got locked out management called him 7.30 in the morning he stayed awake waiting for his call at the McDonald’s as it’s 24 hours. BUT we were waiting outside because it was an expected any minute someone will turn up. I got to the room 1am up for 5! If you stay here, stay knowing there’s no management. If like me you are no good with technology you can’t work the heating it’s all wifi and I couldn’t work it out. Bathroom was FREEZING. So many bad things but beautiful inside. Well maintained.

We stayed in Duece Harrogate for 1 night. This is a code entry system. You cannot gain entry until 3pm. We were 3 minutes early & thought the code wasn’t working & rung to find out that we had to wait until 3 to gain entry. There’s no lift & we stayed on top floor so if mobility an issue then don’t stay. At 6.30 am this morning the fire alarms went off. This lasted until we decided to leave at 8.15 am. No fire engines arrived no staff to turn them off & a constant ringing in our ears . We rung cust service but as no one is present in building there is no one to turn these things off. We won’t be staying again!

Great place great location but the check-in was not easy. I did the pre check in downloaded the app but the app kept saying check-in so I went back and I had. Ended up just using the key codes which you get 2 mins before 3pm. I kept worrying that there was a problem and I was already in Harrogate. I messaged on the app but never got a response

Gorgeous place in a fab location, apartment was decorated to a top standard only negative was a smell in bathroom from drains but everything else was spot on.

Amazing rooms with lovely decor and fittings! Great walk-in shower and great to have mini kitchen with fridge etc. Noisy on a Friday night, but suppose have to accept that for great location, with bars, restaurants etc on doorstep!

A good place to stay when visiting Harrogate. Very clean room and a super comfy bed. Didn’t use the kitchen area but was spotless. Easy to find (opposite Macdonald’s and same row as Greggs). Just a couple of minutes walk to all the shops and eating places. Would recommend these flats.

Staff were very helpful on the phone. Clean and modern rooms. Extremely noisy all night long. We were on first floor right opposite McD’s , it’s was constant all night. Taxi rank right under the window. That was the only negative, and it’s a big negative as we were working not there for leisure. I recommend put the fan next to the bed to create white noise. Lovely rooms, just ask for one not on that side .

Not really much I can fault about the property other than the bed was abit small and the noise levels but that’s to be expected in a city centre. Nice room located right next to everything and I will most definitely stay here again. 👍👍

Everything you need in a minimal space! Very practical accomodation, right in the middle of Harrogate. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchen. The street can be a bit noisy, easy access through public transport, but parking can be a bit of a pain.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. We booked knowing it was in the city centre, so even if it had been noisy (which it wasn’t — even on a Saturday), we would’ve expected that. The location is ideal: central and convenient, exactly what we were after. The room was clean and just as shown in the photos — nothing more, nothing less. You know exactly what you're getting, and for us, it did the job perfectly.

Very warm so had to leave the windows ajar. Very noisy at night so difficult to sleep. Bed was quite small too, not a standard double.

Beautifully decorated rooms to a high standard and the property door code system ensures the property is secure. Comfortable bed. It was extremely noisy on the street below. I had to put the fan I found in the wardrobe on to create white noise. I would stay again , but not in a room facing 24hour McD’s.

Lovely room at Deuce Harrogate. Modern and well decorated with everything you need. Situated right in the centre of town close to all amenities. Only thing was the noise from the 24hr McDonald’s across the street, but it was Saturday night so would expect it would be quieter during the week. Didn’t spoil our stay tho! Would definitely use again.

First and foremost- tgeee should have been instructions on how to switch on the air conditioning.We called the number but the lady was not able to give clear instructions on how to control it. She did arrange to have a fan dropped off but it was inadequate as it was hot and humid weather. We had a very uncomfortable stay due to this and also we found the bed very hard which added to the overall discomfort. Apart from that everything was fine.
