We stay here very regularly because its fantastic, located centrally and staff very helpful and even down to the cleaners very pleasant 😀

The breakfast was ok could have been hotter
The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, I could not have stayed more than one night

Got persistently locked out of my room and had to get 6 new key cards in 6 days
Was told by staff it was my my fault for keeping the key next to my phone which was not the case
Very expensive for what it is
