Lovely short break, hosts very friendly & helpful plus fab accommodation

Breakfast was excellent. A Generous basket of lovely bits and pieces sufficient for lunch too! It was a great touch having the fridge and microwave/kettle etc. Perfect mixture of self catering and hotel services Plenty of storage for clothes for 2 of us. Lovely little outside seating area, very private

The Weather !! Can't blame our hosts for that though... Also it would have been nice to be slightly closer to the town with hindsight. Taxis, even Uber are very expensive compared to UK. It was 20€ for a 2mile journey. So adds 40€ to the cost of your evening. Of course this isn't our hosts fault either and theres also advantages of being outside the town too

Excellent stay

We loved the warm, friendly welcome and the feeling that nothing was too much trouble. The large breakfast basket containing bread, cheese and meats, fruit pastries ws more than enough for 2, and the well stocked fridge in our room was great. I can't fault our stay. The property was located in a quiet, wooded suburb, giving privacy and a personal feel, and the pool was clean and large enough for a reasonable swim. I will definitely return when I can. 🙂

Charming house with pool close to Le Touquet city center

The villa is situated in a dead end street which makes it a quiet place to stay. Besides that, it's located very close to the city center of Le Touquet. There's a swimming pool in the backyard with a comfortable terrace. The room was large with a very good bed. Everything we needed was there. For breakfast every couple receives his personal basket with bread, charcuterie and fresh fruit in the morning. You then have the choice to have breakfast on the terrace (with view on the swimming pool) or in the room. The baguette was very fresh and delicious. There was more than enough included in the package.

I missed something to hang up my towel when taking a shower.

Lovely stay in the beautiful town of Touquet, great breakfast, amenities and lovely hosts.

Lovely and informative owners, made us feel very welcome! The property was clean, peaceful with a lovely swimming pool. The breakfast was brilliant, delivered to our door every morning for us to enjoy on our private terrace.

Not a criticism of the property, but local taxis are quite expensive for a trip into town (and back), not particularly walkable on a night, so realistically need a car!

A fabulous chilled out experience in beautiful France 🇫🇷

The design and decor of the accommodation is lovely which is in a gorgeous area in the forest near to Le Touquet. The breakfasts are amazing as well as the hosts. Thank you for making our first visit to Le Touquet very special.

A beautiful villa in the forest

Perfect location for those who like the nature with direct access to bike lanes and forest. The hosts were great and gave us fantastic restaurant/villages recommandations. The room was quite big and functional. The breakfast was fresh and served at the room. The pool was super.

Excellent short stay

Room was very comfortable, clean and redone daily, the towels were also changed daily which we did not expect but really appreciated. Breakfast was delivered to the door and it was more than we could eat. Nice tips were to eat from the owners and unexpected bottle of champagne to mark my partner’s birthday.

We liked all and nothing spoiled our stay. Would be nice to have a hook on a door or a coat hanger as the wardrobe was not tall enough for my dresses but that’s very minor.

Absolutely wonderful - one night stay - wish we had time to stay longer ! Beautiful room - interiors etc - continental breakfast in room delivered to us - fridge stocked with everything needed !!!! Beautiful place, definitely one to go back to!

The host is really charming, helpful, knowledgeable of the area and with a great sense of humour. The room was spotless and well equipped, breakfast was in our room and bread, pastries and jams were beyond delicious. The walk through the illuminated forest at night was simply magical. We would not esitate going back and highly recommend the place.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stop over in very nice surroundings.

The location was really different set in a wooded area that was lovely about 2 kilometres from the main town. We just stayed one night as we were traveling home. The room was a good size and nicely furnished. A breakfast of bread fruit and pastries was delivered to the room and there is a fridge that was stocked with milk, yogurts and fruit juice, it all was delicious. There is a pool area looks nice although due to the time of year the area was not in use. The owner was really friendly and helpfull. We would highly recommend this place.

superb

we loved staying here, it was just a stopover but we certainly intend to return for a longer stay, and when slightly warmer, the house is on the outskirts of Le Touquet, so pleasantly quiet and peaceful, the facilities on offer are superb, really comfy bed, good shower, fabulous breakfast served in the room in late September but by the pool in warmer weather, friendly owners. good Wi-Fi. strongly recommend this property

One of very few places with a pool in this area. Great for easy access to lots of touristy locations and Le touquet itself (3 min drive). Room was comfortable if on the compact size but excellent sized fridge. Breakfast included was lovely but could have done with something other than fruit yogurt pastries bread - repeat. Easy to find.

Wonderful 3 day weekend just an hour drive from Calais and close to other places to visit.

Breakfast fruit, pastries and bread were delivered to the bedroom for 8 in the morning. All other juices, jams, yogurt was topped up in the fridge during the day. Coffee and tea selection was in the room.

Our room was very large with a comfortable seating/lounge area, and a kitchenette and table for breakfast. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning with copious amounts of bread, pastries and fruit.

It would be better to have less food each morning but better quality.

Very tired property and not clean

We chose this place to stay for our last night in France because of its location and good reviews. Sadly we were very disappointed. The location was indeed perfect for a stay in Le Touquet and we were able to enjoy free parking right outside the property. However, the place feels very sadly neglected and is really not clean. On arriving we noticed everywhere was not swept or tidy and looked like it hadn’t been done for a long time. The pool area was very tired although the pool itself was clean, shabby sun beds and chairs, old cobwebs on the outside furniture and overgrown flower beds. The entrance area to the rooms was grim, again not clean, with a dirty threadbare carpet on the stairs and cobwebs everywhere. Our room was a good size, described as a suite. Everything was poor quality and the bathroom was very dirty and tired. Breakfast was served in the room ‘because of covid’?! The only one of many places we stayed who chose to leave food outside your door or in a fridge in the room. No air conditioning or fan. I am surprised that guests described it as clean, this was a build up over time, not just recent. The place could be lovely but needs lots and lots of tlc!

We were warmly welcomed when we first arrived and they gave us some information and places on where we could go. We had the garden room which was lovely and clean. In the morning we could sit outside in our own private little terrace where we enjoyed a continental breakfast each morning. The swimming pool was heated as well which was an added bonus. The hosts were always happy to answer any queries that we had and told us about an amazing restaurant to eat at on the last day which was right on the beach on our way back to Calais called la Sirène. All in all we had an amazing time and would highly recommend anyone to stay there. Thank you Villa d’hôtes Graine de Pin.
