Very satisfactory

The property situation especially its closeness to the Eurotunnel. The grounds were excellent as were the facilities pool etc. We would have liked to sample the restaurant but it was fully booked. WOuld suggest other guests book ahead.

We took the option of having the refined dinner. It was beautifully prepared and was served in an elegant dining room. In our view the price was justified by the high quality of the food and service.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel.

This is the place to stay in Poperinge.

Absolutely stunning grounds and hotel. A little oasis in the town. Loved the breakfast (could eat the brioche bread all day). Rented e-bikes and rode around the countryside, fabulous! Love the no-host honour bar. We had dinner in the chateau one evening and it was excellent. Would recommend 100%.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay

We appreciated the welcome from the owners, the service in general was excellent. One thing that could be improved is a minibar or a fridge in the room. These rooms are very romantic and you might want to share a drink in the room...

Maybe a bit more options for vegetarians at breakfast, like other type or milks/yogurts etc

Une magnifique pause dans un manoir dans un écrin de verdure en plein centre ville

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par la propriétaire qui nous a conduit jusqu'à notre suite. Le confort et l'équipement de la chambre, Sauna et Bain bouillonnant sur la terrasse sont un vrai bonheur. Le repas raffiné préparé par le chef est de grande qualité et le service était au top sans être trop pressant

Lieu situé dans un endroit calme - Nombre de clients fréquentant l'établissement limité - Piscine chauffée - Le Spa - Bien situé pour visiter aux alentours - Tout est fait pour pouvoir profiter au maximum de la prestation - Petit déjeuner complet et bien servi

Malgré le nombre restreint de clients, il n'a pas toujours été simple de trouver une place pour garer son véhicule. Le tarif de la restauration, même si en adéquation avec l'établissement, est un peu élevé.
