Unforgettable experience

From the very first moment, you feel like you’ve stepped into a magical castle. A piano plays by itself, a cheerful butler greets you in the lift, and frozen toys peek out from balconies in the lobby, waiting for the show to begin. The room offers a cozy bed, spotless comfort, a coffee machine, and premium amenities. Everything is beautifully designed, clean, and smells wonderful. Breakfast is outstanding, with an impressive variety to suit every taste. The staff are all friendly, kind, and truly care about your stay. Don’t miss the themed park Popsländ — stunning scenery, perfect location, and a handy app that shows queue times (which, by the way, were never longer than 10 minutes)! Thank you very much.

Fun, easy, kid-friendly

Brilliant, playful design that the kids loved. Comfortable, clean room. Amazing breakfast buffet, and straight into Plopsaland in the morning without having to queue.

The dinner buffet was a bit lacklustre. All lukewarm, but we were quite late, so maybe better if you arrive earlier. We requested a cot, but there wasn’t one in our room on arrival (some communication issue between booking.com and the hotel) but it was quickly rectified.

Amazing stay at plopsaland

Fantastic hotel, has its own entrance to both parks. Our stay included tickets to both parks plus breakfast and dinner buffet. Food was excellent with a large variety. Both parks were excellent and highly themed. The ride to happiness (our main reason for attending plopsa) is absolutely amazing, one of the best coasters we have been on in the world, we managed to ride this 5 times. The hotel is only a five minute drive from the beach and bustling town plus there is a supermarket and garage within walking distance of the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and spoke good English. Overall amazing stay, highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Hotel pricing can be a little tricky to figure out. Merchandise and food were completely overpriced, €5 for a bottle of coke!

Food was amazing. So much choice, especially for kids. We loved everything, aqua park, attraction park, hotel is outstanding. Kids are still talking about our trip to Plonsaland every single day 😊

easy access to the park, very friendly staff :) all the things we needed, tickets to the park for 2 days, a parking, and a breakfast and dinner buffet, were all included in the room price. I bought the tickets in advance because I didn’t know it’s included, they kindly refund them.

AMAZING, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, PRACTICALLY PERFECT HOTEL

THIS HOTEL IS INCREDIBLE I CANNOT RECOMMEND THE PLOPSA HOTEL ENOUGH AND I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE STAFF ARE SUPER HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO MAKE YOUR STAY A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE, MY ROOM (AS AN ACCESSIBLE) WAS HUGE, WITH A MASSIVE BATHROOM ALL OF WHICH WAS IMPECCABLE IN REGARDS TO CLEANLINESS. HUGE BED, SUPER COMFY COULD HAVE SLEPT FOR DAYS THEY WERE EVEN KIND ENOUGH TO PROVIDE FREE EXTRA WATER TO MY ROOM AND SERVE ME BREAKFAST AFTER HOURS - I OVERSLEPT - BLAME THE BED :D

Génial ! Une belle expérience colorée

La décoration de la chambre et de l’hôtel. Le petit dej. Le confort et la propreté de l’établissement.

La vue sur le parking et L’accueil très formaté. Impossible de demander une facture. Impossible de demander l’ouverture du coffre fort. Quand la question dépasse la base, les réponses sont : « revenez dans 5min ». « Je ne comprends pas votre langue » « je me renseigne avec un collègue et je reviens vers vous ». C’est dommage. Les salariés du parc et de l’hôtel semblent bridé à tous les niveaux.

Très chouette moment en famille.

L’accueil du personnel bien veillante, la chambre très harmonieuse ma fille en avait les étoiles pleins les yeux ! Le restaurant bien, sauf un peu déçu d’avoir raté Maya l’abeille qui passait de table en table au petit déjeuner que seulement un court instant, au moment ou nous arrivions, Maya partait. Pour le bar de l’hôtel je l’ai trouver bien mais un peu chère pour la quantité de boisson qu’on a dans le verre surtout au niveau des cocktails. Sinon le reste de notre séjour était très bien !

Thema/inkleding van het hotel en de kamer waren heel tof gedaan, het ontbijt heel lekker. Het bezoek van een Studio 100 figuur (2!) aan de ontbijttafel was heel leuk!

De bedden waren, voor ons, oncomfortabel/te hard.

Zowel ik als mijn man vonden de inrichting bad toilet en badkamer niet oké. Bij het wassen van gezicht en tandenpoetsen kon je door een groen overhangende plank niet bij de kraan komen. Gevolg; natte plekken over zijn overhemd en bij mij op m’n jurk. Niet te doen.

heeel moooi, tramhalte voor dr deur waar je zo mee naar het centrum kan! super vriendelijke mensen en personeeel! staan altijd paraat voor je! s ochtends bij het ontbijt bumba en maya de bij dat was echt super voor alle kinderen en vonden ze echt heel mooi! ook namens ze heel erg de tijd om met je op de foto te gaan tijdens het ontbijt

Magisch verblijf in een prachtig hotel

Het kindvriendelijke karakter van het hotel. Alle leuke activiteiten voor de kinderen.

De matrassen waren ongelofelijk hard waardoor zowel mijn partner als ik heel slecht hebben geslapen. Ook al zijn wij liefhebbers van hardere matrassen was dit echt niet te doen. Daarnaast vond ik het jammer dat op onze kamer de deurklinken van de deuren naar badkamer en toilet heel gek waren waardoor het altijd heel hard geluid maakte. Je had zeg maar geen Handel en optie om deur zachtjes dicht te doen juist in een kind vriendelijk hotel met kinderen die bij jou op de kamer slapen zou je verwachten dat daar rekening mee wordt gehouden en dat dat juist heel goed is ingericht. daarnaast vond ik het jammer dat voor het plaatsen van een camping bedje € 30 per nacht werd gevraagd. Juist in een kindvriendelijk hotel waar het draait om baby’s, peuters, kinderen verwacht je dat dit soort zaken goed zijn geregeld. Ik moet eerlijk bekennen dat ik het tot nu toe niet eerder heb meegemaakt dat daarvoor een vergoeding wordt gevraagd en al helemaal niet zo’n hoge vergoeding. Wij reizen veel met ons kind en ik moet zeggen dit verbaast me.

Fijn en mooi verblijf maar zonde van de slordigheden.

De locatie, de sfeer en hoe het ingericht was.

Er waren wat slordigheden. Het menu op tv met info werkte niet. Ik heb dit gemeld bij de receptie maar de dame wist het niet en deed er verder niets mee. De minibar was leeg (en vies) en de menukaart die in de map zou zitten ontbrak. Thee was heel vies, smaakt naar koffie door dit apparaat. Opzich relatief kleine dingen, maar gezien de prijs vind ik dat dit in orde moet zijn.

Top ervaring Plopsa hotel

De entourage, en beleving in de wereld van Studio 100 was voor de kinderen een leuke en geweldige ervaring waar ze niet over op kunnen houden te praten. Wij vinden het park ook geweldig ( Plopsa). Voor onze jonge kinderen 2 en 1 was er voldoende te doen, en met name de Bumba show en de jubileum show. ( Die wij 33 jaar en 30 jaar zelf ook echt de moeite waard vonden, een beetje jeugd sentiment zeg maar). het lijkt veel geld, maar in combinatie met het park en veelzijdig ontbijt, zeker de moeite waard!!
