Location was about 10 min walk into Sidmouth. Property and room nicely furnished. We had room1, with a balcony which will be nice to use during the summer. Food was nicely cooked and presented. Hosts where friendly, made it feel like home. Thanks.

Good location a ten minute walk to the sea front. Parking at rear of the property and lovely hosts. Very comfortable bed and linen. Super breakfasts!
We both kept banging our legs on the corner of the wooden bed frame, which catches you when you go around the bed to the shower room!

Great accommodation in Sidmouth and one of the best English Breakfasts we’ve had on this trip.
It’s a beautiful old Victorian house but of course that also means that you can hear anyone walking above you.
