The breakfast was very good with plenty of options of fruit, cereal and a very well cooked and presented full english. As a coeliac I was extremely pleased to find that the sausages that were part of the breakfast were gluten free and were served to everyone.

The guesthouse is close to the centre of Sidmouth, just a short walk. It is extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

Lovely weekend stay, felt looked after and welcomed

Hosts are really nice, friendly and helpful Lovely building which has been renovated beautifully, modern colours and furnishings, very comfortable. Lovely garden at rear which is available to sit in at any time. Lovely walk down to the coast

Sarah and Andy are great hosts. Room spotless. Freshly cooked breakfast plus selection of fruit, cereals, etc. Property 3 to 400 yds away from bustling town centre. Great location and eateries nearby. Recommend The Anchor and The Volunteer, popular so booking definitely advised.

Well positioned bright clean Victorian property close to town centre with good off road parking .

Andy and Sarah introduced themselves when I arrived and made me feel very welcome without being too intrusive . The breakfast every morning was of good quality and was given a choice of different combinations to request the day before . The property was well positioned within close walking distance to the town.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean and very welcoming. It didn't matter what we asked for they supplied it. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The bed was too soft as we are use to a firm mattress at home. The gravel driveway wasn't very good for suitcases as it made it hard to pull.
