The breakfast was very good with plenty of options of fruit, cereal and a very well cooked and presented full english. As a coeliac I was extremely pleased to find that the sausages that were part of the breakfast were gluten free and were served to everyone.

The guesthouse is close to the centre of Sidmouth, just a short walk. It is extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

Hosts are really nice, friendly and helpful
Lovely building which has been renovated beautifully, modern colours and furnishings, very comfortable.
Lovely garden at rear which is available to sit in at any time.
Lovely walk down to the coast
Didn't like preordering breakfast and found cooked food and bit overcooked and not very plentifull
