We had a wonderful stay and would 100% stay there again.
The property had beautiful grounds, comfortable accommodation and a delicious breakfast. It was a very short walk into Sidmouth & to the sea front The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble even giving us a window seat for breakfast on our last day. Plenty of parking to.
The bathroom was slightly on the snug side but it was still clean and well equipped.

Relaxing, comfortable, convenient & value for money stay in Sidmouth.
As the hotel wasn't full, we were given a free upgrade to a garden-facing room; the staff were very helpful & obliging; it was nice to have a sitting area to read/relax in; plenty of parking; convenient for town; very good breakfast.
The Wi-Fi dropped out a couple of times.
