Hands down the best place in Oia to watch the sunset. Worth every penny!

Not your typical cave room on the cliffs of Santorini. But that doesn't matter. This place is magical! If you want to feel like a king and have the best view of the sunset in Oia, there is truly no better place than this. As the crowds assemble in the thousands around you, you will have the best view with privacy. Pictures and words cannot describe the feeling you will get watching the sun set with the ones you love. Hands down the best!

Just the most amazing villa in the perfect spot in Oia. I’ve never spent this much on a holiday property before but I wasn’t disappointed. Just the best!

There was crowds outside at sunset which made it difficult to get in but this is only because it’s in the perfect spot!

The only problems were that we had to ask for hot water and the washer and dryer were not IN the house. The host had to take our laundry to wash. Other than that it was great.

it was the perfect vacation. I would definitely recommend this property!

The location was perfect! you can see both the sunrise to left and sunset to right. The caldera view was something I cannot get over with. Will definitely stay here again. We were also provided with breakfast goodies and the staff were friendly and accessible. They replied to my questions fast. They can also arrange a porter who would bring your luggages ( I tipped them), and airport transfer to the hotel.

Absolutely amazing you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely stunning location, we got married here 10 years ago so returned for our anniversary (with children this time!). Easily the best location in Santorini to watch the sunset. Filippos and team was an excellent host, thank you for your help!

This was the most beautiful villa and location. Even better than the pictures. Both inside and outdoor spaces were very comfortable with lots of windows for spectacular views. Hosts were great. Would highly recommend and go back to again.

Great host. Great property. Excellent location.

Our host Nicoletta was very accommodating as we arrived late in the evening. She met us with porters that helped with our heavy luggage up the marble stairs to the property. When you enter the property you are met with the most exceptional view of Oia and it is so close to everything you want to visit including the nearby Oia castle popular for its panoramic views of Santorini. Everyday a housekeeper kept the property clean and refreshed for us. I would 100% stay here again.

Spectacular in every way

The villa was outstanding, modern, well equipped, very spacious, and the location and views from the wrap around terrace were spectacular and unbeatable! Our family has stayed in Oia, Santorini several times and this is where we will return for sure!

There was nothing not to like! We absolutely LOVED it. If this villa had a pool or hot tub we would have never left the property! As it was we didn’t want to leave!

Great with the two minor issues

The location was the best in the Village. At a place where privacy is limited, this location had its major pluses being at the end of the road and the balcony was a perfect 10.

Two major issues that should be kept into perspective because my overall opinion was very positive. Issue number 1 was the air conditioning was not working, at these prices that’s a major no no. The next day they came and fixed it while we were asleep. (Yes that’s weird) The bedroom AC worked the first night and either it was broken after that or we did not know hot to use it. But because we were up on a cliff, the breeze was really nice and we didn’t need it. Issue 2: The host lives downstairs, and his unit is attached to the house. He was very very nice and accommodating but he was in his 30’s living downstairs and I was there with my fiancée and it was awkward on multiple occasions as I did feel it affected our privacy. Again just a bit weird that a single man is living in an apartment attached to a romantic villa. Given this fact if you can deal with that, I think you would love it. If you cAnt? Maybe it’s better suited for families.

Absolutely perfect location! This is the only property in all of Oia with BOTH caldera and sunset views! Spectacular accommodations worth the extra cost. Spacious and modern with full kitchen. Host was wonderful, he did our laundry for free. Included probably 100 Euro of food and drinks in the kitchen. AC works great.

Parking in Oia was a bit of a pain. No pool but there was a public pool within 5 min walk. People piled up outside front door at sunset but that's to be expected in Oia.

Amazingly beautiful villa

Everything. Philip was a perfect host, going out of his way time and again to take care of us—where to pick up ferry tix and multiple dinner suggestions/reservations. The kitchen was STOCKED, not only oils and seasoning but bread eggs milk oj beer soda wine and tons of water (consider breakfast included). The villa itself was large modern and gorgeous. Best of all the caldera and sunset views—the patio/deck alone made the facility (which was spectacular on its own). Moreover there is always shade.
