This cave house exceeded all our expectations and truly delivered the wow factor we were looking for in Santorini. The location is simply perfect, right in the centre of Oia with breathtaking caldera views, yet incredibly convenient and accessible to restaurants, shops, local attractions, and nearby parking.
The hosts were exceptional throughout our stay. They were always available, incredibly friendly, and provided excellent local recommendations that helped us discover some fantastic restaurants and hidden gems around the island.
The cave house itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Having multiple terraces allowed us to enjoy the stunning views from different angles throughout the day. Every corner of the property feels special, and the views over the caldera are nothing short of spectacular.
The daily breakfast was another highlight. Everything was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, with more than enough variety to start each day perfectly.
One of our favourite features was the heated jacuzzi/plunge pool. After a day of exploring Santorini, relaxing there in the evening while overlooking the caldera was simply magical.
If you're looking for a unique and luxurious stay with incredible views, outstanding hosts, and a prime location in Oia, this is absolutely the place to be. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting the ultimate Santorini experience.

It was exceptional!! Enjoyed every moment. Was like ‘living in the postcard’. The unit, jacuzzi, good coffee machine and special gift from the owner were all amazing. Will book there much more often if I could.

Artemis was delightful and so helpful. The view was unreal. Quiet bc of thick walls. Spacious and had everything we needed. Great location in Oia. Ervin was great (handled our luggage).
There was some kind of odor caused by something that occurred in the area- not at all the fault of Aqua and Terra, but it did mean we didn’t use the second room for the first night.
