Anestis and his families were consummate hosts, and this cave house hotel is wonderful! Directly next door to the domes with a great view from the patio, hot tub, and upstairs balcony. The furniture is very comfortable and the entire house is extremely clean. The fridge was fully stocked with great breakfast supplies too. We loved eating meals on the balcony and patio, and enjoying the hot tub, while overlooking the domes. The wine cellar also has a nice selection. Anestis also arranged transport for us to & from the ferry port/airport, and he and his porter carried all of our suitcases up and down the stairs for us! Anestis also answered all of our questions about the island and Greece. On our last day, we had a few hours between checkout and our transport to the airport, but it was raining… when Anestis’s mom met us to take the keys, she lent us her umbrella so we could stay dry while we enjoyed our last day of sightseeing—so kind! Everyone in Greece is so warm and welcoming, and these hosts are a perfect example!

We had a wonderful stay at Santa Roni Place. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that made our trip even more memorable. The host was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the area was very crowded with tourists, especially during peak times. However, that is to be expected in such a popular destination. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Santa Roni Place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with exceptional hospitality.

So many tourists

We just returned from a 16-day trip to Greece and I can say this was our absolute favorite place we stayed during our trip. It was so beautiful and so unique. Jenny picked us up from the ferry and took us straight to our accommodation. Communication was excellent and they even had our room available as soon as we arrived (at 11:30 in the morning instead of the 3:00 pm check-in time). As soon as we arrived in Santorini, the porter grabbed our very heavy bags and easily carted them down the 87 steps to our room. It was quite an impressive feat! Our room was incredible! It was a cave house overlooking the Aegean Sea. So beautiful, so well-appointed and so comfortable. There were times we spent hours on our terrace or in the hot tub just soaking up the view and the energy!! Anestis was a fantastic host. We communicated daily about breakfast, excursions, really anything I needed! He was a pleasure to deal with. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and delivered to us on our terrace every single morning. We had our choice of entrees, plus delicious Greek yogurt with fruit, nuts and honey, fresh-squeezed juice and the most delicious fresh-baked bread every morning. On our final morning in Santorini, Claudiana, Anestis' mom, came by to bid us farewell and to give me a private photo shoot at the stunning blue domes just steps from our terrace! She guided me through poses and took me to the best spots for some of my favorite pictures from Santorini. She was so sweet and so delightful. Finally, Jenny drove us back to the port on our final morning so we could catch the ferry to Mykonos. To our delight, Anestis, who is Jenny's husband, was at the port to wish us farewell! This whole family was so kind and amazing. We felt welcomed from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. When we return to Santorini in the future, we won't stay anywhere else.
