You need to be a little fit - the steps into town are steep and there are 200 steps also down to Ammoudi Bay - the walk up is brutal or you take a taxi for 3 minutes for 50 euro but that is not the fault of this property

Theodora arranged our transfer service and porters to help us get our luggage to the suites and met us to give us the keys and a quick overview of the property - all went very smoothly! They gave us our breakfast at the time we requested and even upgraded one of our two suites at no additional charge. The whole place was super clean & had awesome views. We will definitely stay again if we return to Santorini! Loved it!

Perfect stay!!! Super clean & gorgeous view. Hosts had great communication, arranged our transfers, provided our breakfast service early as we had planned excursions each day, and helped with anything we needed. Plus we could get all the dome photos we wanted without waiting in line:) Will definitely stay again & highly recommend!

The view
We had a water outage a morning, and nobody even apologized with us. Additionaly, every time that you wanted to take a shower you have to press a butto 15 minutes in advance to heat the water, this means that if a second person wants to have a shower after you, have to wait 15 minutes. Lastly, we realized that booking in advance this hotel is worthless. We booked the room 6 months in advance and currently, the price is ~30% lower.
