Great location, perfect for the Santorini sunset.

A fantastic breakfast was cooked by Jason each morning, something different everyday. Jason provided us with restaurant recommendations and organised activities and transport for us, making a trip easy and enjoyable. The location was great, perfect to watch the sunset on the balcony away from the crowds. Advise people to go into town after the sunset once the crowds have gone, otherwise very busy on the path to the town centre.

The location was awesome! Best place in Oia to view the sunset. It is a beautifully and tastefully renovated actual windmill! Absolutely gorgeous 🤩 Jason the host is so helpful- he goes above and beyond. He helped us navigate our way around the island and does a fantastic breakfast. The spa at sunset was also great!!!

Perfect villa to stay and to enjoy incredible sunsets!

Throughout the whole period of time I felt joy and calmness! Every evening we had a chance to enjoy incredible views of sunsets right from our balcony! The breakfasts by Jason were outstanding, and his attitude was always nice. Jason helped us with everything and anytime regardless of problems! Jason, we will definitely come back several times to your place ❤️

Perfect

We loved staying in such a unique and charming property. The property has two sets of stairs inside but it's worth it to stay in a beautiful windmill! It is close to everything and the views are simply breathtaking. Jason was extremely helpful and had excellent recommendations. He helped us arrange restaurant bookings, transfers and even helped us arrange some laundry. His breakfasts were also absolutely delicious. We had the best time and cannot fault it. We went in July and even though it was busy, we were not bothered by the crowds. Santorini really is like the postcards! If we could give 6 stars we would! Highly recommended!!

Relaxing with the perfect sunset view.

The property was stunning at a perfect location. The sunset view from our balcony was insane. Jason, at the property, was phenomenal and exceptional. He helped us take our luggages to our room. Made us breakfast in the morning and helped us with whatever we needed during our stay! He deserves 1000/10.

Royal experience

Windmill Sunset Everything was fantastic. Jason is the perfect host. He is so personable and attentive. From the initial greeting where he helped us carry our luggage and started to suggest different activities and places to visit. For the entire stay, Jason’s only focus was our well being. Always available and proactive. The most memorable were his amazing breakfasts. Every day the table was filled with plenty of various delicious foods. The Windmill Sunset is a wonderful place to stay. The location and views are spectacular. The pictures of the advertising are great but the reality is much better. If you want the royal feeling and treatment in Oia, that’s where you want to be..!!! PS. My wife says, if you want to impress your wife… Book the Windmill Sunset

Location, location, location - this property is easy walking distance to everything you want to see in Oia; it also provides an easy exit from town on northern road for sightseeing. Host Andreas and Jason are top notch.

My family enjoyed their time at this property and have nothing negative to say. We would definitely come back.

Privacy and a gorgeous unique building in the hottest tourist spot.

The location was fantastic. Great sunset views and the best part of Oia on the doorstep. The property manager, George went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had someone to ask anything to, he helped us rent a car at the best rate, ordered our home delivered meals for us and more.

3 storey old windmill bedroom each floor bet is the middle .hot tub was great and not too hot,beds were comfy and the shower were amazing to look at functioned well ! kitchen well stocked with every thing why bother great restaurants all around you , we ordered beer to be delivered which was great including food .the hosts were very polite and gave all the info etc BEST BIT IS THE SUNSET FROM YOUR BALCONY WITH HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE AROUND TRYING TO GET A GOOD SPOT ,IN THIS WINDMILL IT CANT BE BEATEN

Amazing house at Oia, the best location to visit Santorini.

Location of the house is amazing. Perfect for Oia. George is an amazing host. He waited for us to arrive and helped us with bags from the car park. Also met us on our check out day to carry our bags to the car.

Good location but terrible customer service and pre- and post-stay behavior.

I had messaged the property two days prior to arrival that we intended to arrive an hour earlier than their typical check-in time. They quickly followed up to acknowledge but never told us where to meet them or even how to find the property. There are no signs for it anywhere nearby. My family and I searched for a while and I called their number multiple times with no response. I then messaged the property manager using booking.com app who then sent someone to meet us where we were waiting but obviously there was a long delay. Then he came by himself and pretended he never got the calls until I showed him the call history on my phone. He also suggested I "wasn't listed on WhatsApp" which is how they typically communicate with incoming guests to co-ordinate meetup spot. I told him I am a decade-long user of WhatsApp. He then opened the app and obviously found me very easily. Then the same night, they marked our stay as "pre-paid but didn't show up" with booking.com WHILE WE WERE STAYING THERE!! It deleted the message history in the booking.com app and took off the very expensive stay from my history, affecting my user status with booking.com (I am still worked to get it re-instated). Besides, it kept me from leaving them a review (the main reason they probably did this). I had to work with booking.com customer service staff to finally leave this review. All of that soured our stay by quite a bit.

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts made this trip unforgettable!

LOCATION! Located at the top of the caldera and at the end of the shops, it was a perfect location for shopping and the balcony view of the sunset is priceless! Our host George was a life saver! Anything you need at anytime he's there for you, be it, food delivery, restaurant suggestions, drivers and breakfast on the patio he'll make it happen! Ilias and Ana we're also very helpful with our stay. Our drivers Juliano and Julia got us where we needed to be safe and sound!

No microwave or toaster oven and that's only because we have picky children who love their food hot!

Property is at ideal location and you get stunning view of sunset from balcony. Host and the crew are very accommodating and the breakfast is super fresh and very yummy. Host arranged for pickup and drop off to various locations making our commute around the island very comfortable.

Exccellent location, views to die for, privacy, sunset from your balcony, Does not have too many steps like other hotels in Santorini in general. city centre, restaurant, market, Oia castle, bus stop a little walk away, staff and manager was so helpful. If you are 6 people staying, its great value for money. Even for 2 people the view is worth the price! You cannot go wrong with this one, go for it!

We ran into no water issue but it was an issue that day in Santorini so cannot blame the hotel, also a water clogging issue - again, dont flush your tissues in the toilet in Europe so cannot blame the hotel but in both situations, George helped us with everything fairly quickly to make this our best experience. thank you.

The location!!! Incredible view. You don’t have to go anywhere for sunset point . You can watch straight from your big balcony. It is a Great Value for money Enjoyed staying: very close to everything. 2 min walk to main oia road , 2 min walk to parking area, 5 min walk to bus stand. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. Room were very big and really cleaned . You can order breakfast as well there in 15 euros ( watever u like) . George is d Best host ever . He will help you with your luggage to parking area and bus stop. Very helpful host . you just tell your problem and he will fix it in minutes. We wanted to drink tea at night and all shops were closed . I texted him if he can arrange for 2-3 tea bags and in few minutes he was there with tea bags. I wish I could post a video here for the view that you can see from balcony . I will recommend it to everyone .Everything was so amazing ..

This was an amazing find with amazing sunset views and prime location. It’s a quick walk to for getting picked up and to all the shops and restaurants. It’s quick and easy to get to the busy area but is quiet and private area with a patio and seats for sunrise. The interior was nicely decorated and everything was quite comfortable with a unique setting. The best part of our stay was George, the property manager. He is quick to respond 24/7 for any needs. He gave some great recommendations and assisted with everything, including booking car rentals, taxi and car transfers, excursions, and even ordering food that is delivered right to the doorstep. He was an amazing host with lots of knowledge about the island and good deals. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience for the quality of service and the setting, I definitely recommend!

En un mot "Exceptionnel". Notre séjour était parfait. Certainement l'une des plus belles vues de la Caldera de Oia et ses couchers de soleil. Le logement est un bijou. Rien ne manque, tout y est pour vous permettre de passer un séjour inoubliable, et pour que vous ne manquiez de rien. Tout est bien pensé et très confortable. La "cerise sur le gâteau", Jason est le meilleur hôte que nous ayons jamais rencontré. Il est très attentionné, connaît très bien Santorin et saura toujours répondre à vos demandes.
