Good Location. Nice cave villa with a fab view. The Villa is very spacious 2BHK with a little kitchen space. Matteo is very helpful and a great support. I would suggest everyone to book thru him as carrying bags to and from the villa to car park area on the cobbled streets is a nightmare with a help. Villa doesnt have a sunset view but is very close to oia’s most famous sunset point. You get a fabulous sunrise view though. You have the fabulous aegean sea view and the caldera view of oia.
Small things really, if they tweek this, then its full points in all aspects. A small microwave wud be very useful for families. The jacuzzi had too much chlorine. Our kids had skin irritation after a bath in jacuzzi, but that may not be eveyone’s issue. View from upstairs is fantastic compared to downstairs. One bedroom is upstairs and independent, not connected to downstairs villa.

Perfect location and view - couldn’t ask for a better spot! There is loads of space, every amenity you need and it’s very clean. Matteo was an exceptional host and well worth the transfer and porter to help with luggage. This is one of most remarkable places you could ever stay! Don’t hesitate, book it!!!!!! I agonised over which property to book in Oia and am so glad we chose this one - 15/10! Watching the sunrise from the terrace was a one in a lifetime memory!
