The BEST way to end our vacation - a gorgeous view and an amazing place!

This place was AMAZING! The staff was fantastic! From the reception arranging reservations for us to our in room breakfast every morning delivered every morning by the amazing Sammy! EXCELLENT breakfasts! The view is to die for. It is a very touristy area but you expect that. Charisma Suites was right near the point and we were there at the end of their season, so relatively quiet. There can be a LOT of steps but that is throughout all of Santorini (so expect them) I highly recommend, they truly bent over backwards for us and we loved every moment! Thanks to everyone on their amazing team!

Excellent property and the staff is too courteous. We reached early before our check in time. They were so good that they gave us early check in and offered free breakfast. Could not imagine such a great hospitality a hotel can give.

Heaven in earth

It's the perfect location and is absolutely stunning! The staff meets the high expectations you put on a place like this. The sunset here is one you won't forget, and they set up a proscecco toast for their guests. The rooms are gorgeous and built into the caldera. Every room has the view you pay for. The communication from the staff prior to and throughout our stay was on point. The breakfast was incredible, and the food from the restaurant was good. The drinks from the bar were delicious, and they had a good variety of options. Heaven on earth cannot wait to return.

Amazing stay

Stunning location, friendly service, delectable breakfast and comfortable rooms with lots of space. Pools are awesome with great cocktails being made by Artemis. Casper is a star with bringing us coffee and Barbara did an amazing job keeping the room spotless. Some of the best sunset views on Santorini.

The best hotel I ever had in my whole life

The hotel is the best that you can ever have, literally in everything. I can’t say what is the best, but if I have to choose, it would be the 2 girls and 1 guy in the reception and how friendly and nice and supportive they are. Also the cleaning lady, the chiefs that bring us the breakfast. Unbelievable good. The suite was just perfect, the view is perfect, the bed is perfect, the private pool is perfect, this only deserves 10 stars. Will only come here in Santorini

A magical hotel with top notch amenities and unique charm!

Staying at Charisma Suites felt like a dream come true! The hotel feels like it is out of a movie and is truly nestled in the perfect location while still feeling private but close to everything you need, even by foot. The staff and property was truly exceptional and helpful, every single person we interacted with made us feel so welcome and was incredibly professional and kind. The food here, especially the morning breakfast, was certainly some of the best we've had! Our room was so comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. This was truly the most amazing stay we had, and we only wish we could have been here longer!

Stop looking at properties trying to find the best one, this is it.

The properties view and location were excellent. Staff were super helpful and easy to communicate with. Sophia was very nice and accommodating. Helped me get reservations wherever I needed to go and made sure we had transportation if needed. The honeymoon suite was nothing like the photos on booking.com, but it was far better than advertised/expected. The welcome drink and wine that was delivered to the room were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Porter service and transportation service was top notch. The morning breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Only thing I wish I knew was that I could have requested the pool temperature to be increased, but that was my fault.

We lived in as a family in two suites, all different suites had different views and inner decorations. Everything was perfect, the rooms were luxurious and service was professional. All staff were cute friendly and amazing. The food and wines were also excellent. We will revisit.

Everywhere in Oia it is difficult to get privacy. This is an amazing sunset spot but you will have people watching the sunset and also can see you sitting in your pool or terrace as well.

rooms were spacious (except for the one with the outdoor jacuzzi, which was a bit of a bummer). the attention of the staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Even with bad weather the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect location, great facilities, and beautiful decor for a special couples/friends escape. Rooms were spacious, well styled, private. Private balcony and pool the perfect size and layout. Shared facilities were beautiful, clean and plentiful for the number of guests. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. A lot of care is taken to make this property exactly what you imagine for a perfect Santorini holiday. Oh and the view!!! Sublime

The room had some features which needed repair which meant I couldn’t give this a 10/10. The floor in bathroom and water closet were cracked and broken open, so you easily could cut your foot. WC faucet was faulty with water spraying out of basin and onto user’s clothes. Room safe wasn’t working. The entry door to our balcony had a faulty lock so often wouldn’t close properly meaning the door sat open and impacted privacy.
