We loved the private garden, which had direct access to Lake Garda. There were plenty of sun loungers for guests to use, along with a great pool too. Breakfast was a very good selection of hot and cold food/drinks. Staff were all very polite and attentive. Only 20 mins to walk into Sirmione old town. Would definitely come back here again - Grazie mille!
The bathroom light was on a motion detection sensor and would keep turning off mid shower - but it was more entertaining than something we didn't like.

Great location, lovely views of the lake. Lovely staff, especially the reception staff.
Nothing not to like, rooms are basic but for the price we paid and to be so central to Sirmione it was a perfect base for us.
