Lokalizacja nie jest idealna niestety, lepiej mieszkać przy La Spezia Centrale dla turystów poruszających się bez samochodu jednakże nie była tragiczna zwłaszcza, że pociągiem do La spezia centrale było 3 minuty pociagiem plus 10/15 min czas dojścia na dworzec

Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile a fornirci ottimi suggerimenti. Alloggio ben fornito e pulito, particolarmente comodo per visitare il Golfo dei Poeti e le 5 Terre. Ci siamo trovati benissimo 👍🏻

Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo, l'host veramente gentile e disponibile in tutto.la struttura è in una posizione strategica per girare sia le 5 terre che altro.
Unico neo se posso consigliare la pulizia delle stoviglie.

The house is spacious and well equipped. The location is handy but tricky to find if you are using Apple Maps, it continuously loses its place. Google maps seems to work better.
Check in meant to be between 6pm & 8pm, which is already restrictive. I was told tersely via email when confirming it had to be between 6 snd 7. This meant I had to abandon my stopover plan in Pisa. I was late as there was a breakdown on the road, then GPS made me miss the correct turn. I arrived 7:20. Lady was pleasant on my arrival. Next morning I washed by hand some underwear and put into the washing machine to spin dry it to make air drying easier. I came back around 11pm that night with the cycle finished but door wouldn’t open. As it was late, I only redid a drain cycle to see if it would reset things. Once again, cycle finished and door lock light was off. I did not want to force the door open. Sent the lady a message. Next morning. I sent another message folllowed by a call as I was checking out. Eventually I got a very terse few messages asking me what all that noise was, that the people before me had used the machine, that I had wasted so much water trying to use the machine, which I didn’t, that I should have asked her how to use the machine if I did know how, and that she was going to report me to Booking.com for breaking the machine. She gave me a couple of suggestions. She said I probably forced the handle too hard and maybe broke it too. Not quite the response I was expecting. I knew that there wasn’t much she could do, but was expecting that she would say she’d have someone look into it later. I have done a lot of traveling and stayed in many places but have never encountered anyone so rude and demeaning to deal with. The next day she ran a full cycle and door opened and she asked me what to do with my stuff, great. The other thing to watch out for is if you close the door and forget the keys inside, you will be stuffed. Good luck getting the delightful hostess to help you out! Shame, as I don’t think she owns the property, but cleans and manages it. I would avoid! So many other places would value your business more. Horrible person to deal...
