Good location, ok value for money, limited facilities, improve customer experience.

Very good location and small property (boutique concept). The restaurant staff was both very gentle and cooperative they went out of their way to serve us breakfast earlier.

The check in/management on site was barely present. Internet was down during our stay w/out predictability. Very limited toiletries. Poor electrical design of bathroom (no outlets), old fashioned hair dryer,

Generally positive experience but could have been much better if the wellness center facilities were operating properly.

Clean rooms. Good food, although there was limited choice for breakfast

Limited car park. Limited options for breakfast (it was included in the price of the room). For the 3 day stay we had the same 2 options every morning. The wellness centre is too small (luckily there weren’t many visitors at the time , otherwise it would not be possible to accommodate everyone). On the first day we arrived the jacuzzi wasn’t working, they fixed it next day but water was not hot enough. The steam bath was also not hot enough.

Far Below Expectations

Our stay at Park Hotel Sandanski was unfortunately disappointing. Breakfast: The breakfast options were extremely limited. Each morning we could only choose between an omelette or boiled eggs, served with just a few slices of tomato and cucumber. It felt more like a hospital meal than a hotel breakfast. Spa: The spa area was freezing cold and not relaxing at all. We were really looking forward to this part of the stay, so it was quite a letdown. Staff: The staff did not seem interested in making guests feel welcome or comfortable. The overall attitude felt indifferent and unprofessional. Cleanliness: Our room was not cleaned even once during the entire stay. The beds were not made, the sheets and towels were never changed, and the carpet was visibly dirty. Overall: For this price, you can easily find hotels in Sandanski that offer much better service, comfort, and hospitality. Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

2 day stay was fine. Affordable 3 star hotel that is modern, clean and in downtown Sandanski.

No sauna, whirlpool or spa facilities operating at the time. Very disappointed.

Dirty and abandoned previous glory

Central location, very kind and helpful reception, spa and breakfast included in the price, many TV channels. Kind service at the restaurant for dinner.

Extreme noise at night from the party and the cleaning after the party (they were moving tables and chairs for hours with force after midnight). Broken lights and missing lamps. Empty mini bar with a bad smell. The bed was large but the surface was wavy. Poor breakfast service, they missed items from the fixed menu, brought wrong selections and didn’t speak English. The ashtray at the balcony was dirty with cigarettes.

We really liked the hotel’s location and the size of the room. The staff was friendly, the breakfast delicious.

The room was great but the carpet was dirty, the phone did not work and the TV was too small for such a big room. The TV did not even work well. The furniture looked worn out. However, we really enjoyed the stay.

Quality for a good price!

Nice place in the city center with spacious garden. Igor from the reception did a great job, always helpful and friendly! He arranged a quiet room with a beautiful view. Comfortable bed!

Sofa and carpet need to be replaced. The breakfast was sufficient with 2 options to choose, but I missed the Bulgarian yoghurt with muesli.

A cozy boutique hotel - but years ago

Great location, lovely garden and restaurant overlooking river and park, friendly staff, feeling of a small boutique hotel with the special extras.

This must have been a nice boutique hotel 10 years ago. Right now it is in dire need of refurbishment: leaking sink/shower, old furniture, stains on the wall, nasty stains on the carpet, worn out carpet and couch.
