Ok-ish but definitely not for a 4-star hotel

The room was not clean - it was visible that the floor was not vacuumed and there was a ball of hair under the shower. The dinner buffet was with very limited variety and simple for a 4 star hotel, especially considering the high price.

The hotel and facilities are great but the pool staff doesn't enforce the pool rules.

- As always, the hotel staff and restaurant staff where polite, helpful and effective. - The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. - Everything was clean and well maintained. - The room was quiet and comfortable.

- The pool staff did not do their job, they were just sitting in a corner outside of the pool area and from there they can't even see the two outside pools. There was nobody to reprimand people for jumping in the pool or smoking. People were literally smoking under the no smoking signs. In previous years the lifeguards patrolled the pools and there were none of these issues. - We had a bug infestation on the balcony. They were around 2cm with pincers. When we came out to get our clothes and bathing suits, the bugs were in everything, including the shoes and socks. Because we had a window open on tilt for ventilation they had gotten into the room.

Excellent location,staff in restaurants and reception very helpful . Food at restaurants and service excellent . Local taxi driver with knowledge about attractions was recommended .

There some members of staff not very aware that service with smile is part of hospitality business . Also during a spa treatment ,no introduction made ,no asking about how do you like your massage ,not to mention that 50 min anti stress massage was 40 .

It was great as always

The set up of pools, parking. Everything had been thought through by the Austrian architects.

There is loud music from some stupid street bars , which makes you sleep with the balcony door closed. Really stupid.

The hotel overall does not looks like 5 star hotel. Very basic and not in good condition spa and pool facilities.

Location is good.

The rooms were smelling badly from the central heating system. The furnitures are not in good condition, cheap and old. Not at the value for the money we have paid.

The pools would count for most of what we liked. The proximity to the main city street with the restaurant and the park.

Check in - it took 15 min which is definitely not a standard. The cost of the room is way too much for what you actually get - apart from the breakfast and the access to the pool. Everything feels a bit old. The majority of the personnel lacks any motivation to be there.
