A nice getaway from the city with a lovely thermal pool, clean rooms, and very helpful staff.

The double room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The pool was clean and filled with hot thermal water, and guests can easily use the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and massage services. The staff were more than helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

The only minor drawback is that the lift is a bit small, though it functions perfectly well.

Great for families, super close to the park, value for money :)

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and the rooms size was amazing! The rooms are also soundproof as I never realised my daughter was watching telly in the other room :) The hotel, pool and common areas are clean, staff was lovely and the proximity to the park is a big bonus.

This is only small, but it would have been nice to have a common area/living room in the apartment as otherwise it was just 2 bedrooms with a shared hallway. But saying this, it wasn't a deal breaker :)

SPA weekend in Sandanski

Everything was amazing! The man at the reception was really kind and helpful! The spa was good. There is everything you need, even a lifeguard! The breakfast was delicious! There is a supermarket near and the park is 5 minutes of walking! We took dinner at the property, and their grill is fantastic! We'll definitely come back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff and we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities i.e the room was cool, spacious, quiet & darker - just how I requested in my initial booking. The spa area was clean, relaxing and personally I enjoyed an amazing massage with an extremely professional masseuse. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast with various options to choose from, with complimentary hot/cold beverages. The hotel is located in a very close proximity to a park, where most evenings we had a walk and were able to enjoy dinner & drinks. The best thing is that the hotel is not seasonal and operates all year round, which makes it a great vacation destination for the cold winter days especially with the sauna/steam room available. We might be back sooner than we anticipate :)

It is a great holiday vacation for families with kids, however if you do not have kids might be a little bit noisy and swimming pool crowded at times.

Very good

The spa area is very nice. The pool with mineral water was hot, as well as the whole spa zone, so you are not freezing when going out of the water. The sauna followed by a cold shower is an amazing experience. The rooms are newly refurbished. The hotel is not in the city centre, but it gives you the opportunity to reach the centre by a pleasant walk through the city park in fresh air and among nature.

Spacious room, good eggs & coffee at the included breakfast, very warm pool (definitely between 32-34C as their website stated). Indoor children's section of the pool is 60cm deep. The large park with a river is easily accessible across the road. The new kids indoor play area isn't huge, but our kids loved it!

Just a bit far from the center of the town by walking (but we had 2 small children - for adults who like to walk, I think it's fine).

we were on the 18-19.11 2022 First shifts personal was very good,but when we are leaving the hotel on the 20.11 the women who was on reception was very unfriendly , I told her I’m going to the car and coming in the same tame my wife was come she spoke to her in high voice not pay to room , my wife told her no problem my husband now come and we will pay .That was very bad attitude and drive to feel us like we make crime.That is the reason because we are not maximum rate for hotel , everything others was good.Unfortunately from the breakfast my wife told this person I don’t know name but she is with blonde hair not looking good my wife.
