Over-priced for what was on offer.

Location was good, on the main street.

It was not clean, the hotel in general is old and run down. There were no clear signs where to find the hotel and there is not clear access, only steps or steep slope by car. It was okay for an overnight stay, no longer.

Position

Old furniture, no personel after 8 pm, no elevator, very, very big price for accomodation in their condition. 23 Euro per day for a bycicle rental! Like for a car!

Great stay in a hidden gem

The room was very spacious and the location was beautiful. It's in a small town that I would call a hidden gem. The breakfast was very good. The parking was spacious as well.

Nice hotel in the beginning of the town

Nice hotel, located in the beginning of the town of Melnik. Nice rooms (unfortunately, we had no view) and standard Bulgarian bathroom. Nice breakfast in the morning. Restaurants on 2 minutes (stairs down) walking. As we came hiking from Pirin Hut in Pirin Mountains, and it was almost 40c..... they picked us up from a small town on 6-7 km distance from the hotel!

Not much, only the restaurant from the hotel was closed in the evening. But more than enough, other restaurants on 2-7 minutes walking.....

Spectacular stay at Melnik’s finest hotel

My room and the hotel in general were very tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The view from the restaurant depicts the breathtaking beauty of nature’s earth pyramids, which is an amazing place to have your coffee and start your day. Having a variety of choices for breakfast with fresh produce paired with the politeness and attention to detail of the staff made it an amazing experience for me. I would not hesitate to visit again!

The food is really good at the hotel. We only stayed there for one night while driving to Greece, but it was a great choice!

The room was big, with a nice view towards the town center and the mountains. The bad was huge and comfortable.

Overall for a short stay it was fine.

Breakfast was okay, however we tried to have lunch there as well on arrival and the waiting time was long, also the waitress got angry at us for leaving after not receiving all of the food.

Not much atmosphere. Spa facilities not all available. Wine cellar impressive but no wine in it. Steep walk back to hotel! Only for the fit.

It’s very close to the main street and all restaurants.

Breakfast was not enough for everybody and they didn’t restoke. The quality was also bad. The matress in the room was also uncomfortable.

stairs! right on the hill side with lots of stairs. no attempt by reception staff to help with luggage, quite a haul from parking to the room. breakfast could be more varied.

Great Spa hotel in the centre of Melnik.

A great hotel in Melnik, with nice spa facilities. My room was absolutely massive. Its a nice location, but of course everything is within walking distance in Melnik. I would stay here again.

The coffee machine at breakfast wasn't great, but if thats the only negative I guess it was a good stay.
