The only thing that could be improved is the spa center. The water in the jacuzzi was not hot enough, it was about 30C. There was no lighting in the steam bath.

The best choice in Razlog

This hotel has a small, but amazing territory. Great garden, trees, pool. Easy parking. Two lovely restaurants. Also, the stuff was friendly. The hotel is located just near P.Golf providing access to all the infrustructure. The appartment was spacious and warm with great view. Special thanks for kids playroom

The apartment was excellent – very spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view. The whole complex is clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice.

Great value for a short stay

Our stay at Local Stay was a mix of highs and lows. The location was beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and a stunning mountain view. We really enjoyed spending time by the pool, and having free parking made everything easier. The breakfast was a standout: great variety, fresh options, and definitely made our day to day more enjoyable. We also appreciated the good quality coffee available for free.

The bed was a real downside. Although we had booked a queen-sized bed, it felt small, old, and uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. It’s a shame because everything else had so much potential. With an upgrade to the beds, this place could easily become a favourite for future visits.

Extraordinary Mountain View | Cozy & Relaxed | Top Price-Quality

Very good hotel, friendly staff, sublime location and mountain view, relaxed atmosphere, has co-working/podcast recording and even cigar lounge if you need it. Definitely recommended during summer as it is very quiet and peaceful.

Some staff don't speak English well, and forgot to give me food during a business dinner when all the other 3 people got their dinner meal. But we had a laugh about it, the waiter apologized, it's fine. The other factors make up for this so I still give a 10 ;)

Top value for money

The Pirin chain view was outstanding! The studio on the last floor was a top deal for money. The wellness zone was entirely working. The surroundings are quiet. Hence, I got a perfect rest.

Perhaps only the cutlery in the restaurant had stains from the washing. Nothing than that. Really, all was perfect.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The location is beautiful and calm.Overall the idea and facilities are great, lobby and the restaurant look amazing, very stylish and well maintained.

I really wanted to give better review but few things deserve to be mentioned. First, there is no AC in the rooms, which during the hot summer days can be very unpleasant and unexpected given the price you pay. You can open the door if you want to have some fresh air the room, but there are no mosquito nets for windows and doors and all the bugs are welcome to spend the night with you. Second, the bed was quite uncomfortable and super squeaky. Walls are thin and it was noisy, we could hear the snoring and coughing from the guests next door.

Unfortunately there is nothing to mention here. It is too pitty that there is no selection for ZERO stars on the evaluation above.

-SCAM ALERT- None of the facilities and services that mentioned on the website was available during the timeslot of our stay. The most Important for us was the EV Charging Station, since we were traveling with an electric car from Greece to Bansko. It was of crucial importance to find a hotel with an EV Station on the provided services/facilities. And of course the most of the times these hotels are not on the lowest price comparing them with other hotels that serving only the basics. This is why we choose this hotel for our stay in Bansko. Prior to our online reservation we have called the hotel to confirm us that the EV Station exists and is working properly. Which is done from the hotel. During our arrival we realized that the Charging Station that is installed is not under European standards and there was no certification (e.g.: ABB Class, Verittas Class, etc.). The plug was under American/Japan standards. Almost none of the cars that are going to visit this hotel can use this type of charger. Since the plug is not available in Europe. The Staff was unable to find us a solution on this. They lift us to the nearest Charging station (10km away)using a Staff's cmember car AND THEY REQUEST MONEY FROM US. Of course we denied to do that since it was not our false. The only facility that was available during our stay was the ping pong table which was used for a couple of hours. The behavior of the staff was not the appropriate after the continues complain from our side. FOR SURE THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A HOTEL. Please stay away of this hotel.
