Terrible and furstrating.

Jacuzzi was ok

Breakfast was ok but not alot of options, rooms was freezing cold when we arrived,asked to be turned on and was informed heating is on a timer which didnt appear to have worked in near hours prior to our arrival was turned on around 9pm till 11pm and then was off all night id suggest guests to bring their heaters like the cleaners in the hotel do. Balcony door handle was snapped off and couldnt go outside, stains from bugs on the roof of the room Main pool was coldish, Jacuzzi had stains on the tiles. Overall i would not repeat my visit as i felt like i did not receive the comfort for the value i paid, in my house the temperature is warmer , i should be the one in control of the temperature not the hotel to save money. All corridors was also cold including the swimming pool area and spa. Id rate the hotel more like a 2 star doesnt look like money is invested for a long time to improve the rooms and corridors other than the reception area.

Very good restaurant with included breakfast and a possibility to book a dinner on a block table (also very good quality). The internal pool is large (20 m long) and clean. Nice staff and big light apartment with fully-equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine) but without any cutlery and crockery.

The steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi have not had the required temperature.

It is OK

The view from the balcony was amazing. The personnel were super polite. Great salads and fruits! Overall it is not bad value for money. If your intentions are to stay only in the hotel you might not be extremely happy. We used the hotel as a hub for different trips around the area, slept there and occasionally did some spa.

Two times the meat which came as part of the half board had a bad, almost rotten smell. The other times it was great. The inner pool had an extremely chemical smell, which made our eyes extremely itchy and red. I know it is for our good, but still. The overall condition of the hotel is a bit worn. Scratches here and there, rust on the bath tub, a bit of mould on the silicone. It is not that bad and you can see this reflects on the price.

A great surprise close to Bansko, at a low price

Great facilities, great view to the mountains, very fare price. Very clean and beautiful and spacious rooms

The only thing that didn't make sense was that inspite the fact that the apartment had a kitchen with stove and oven, there were no pots, pans, knifes and forks etc., Which made the whole kitchen totally irrelevant. The local dinning room manager had provided us with knifes and forks to our request.

Bad

Mediocre breakfast but a horrendous experience with the people at the front desk. The bed in the living room was not appropriate for sleep but they still allow 4 people in the one-bedroom apartments. Don't go with your family unless you want to be uncomfortable - nobody at the reception will care about customer satisfaction. I checked out earlier because of the conditions however the receptionist made me pay extra for the days that I did not stay - the receptionist asked "Do you want me to pay for your vacation?" Everything was paid in advance except for an extra kid. They refused to split the final receipt between bar and booking fees. The worst experience ever. These people should not work in the hospitality business.

location - calm and nice for a rest; clean room - looking exact as the photos; nice restaurant and kind staff

the spa is average and for a Spa hotel is even bad; the sauna was around 66-70t which for a sauna is cold; the indoor pool was really cold and the jacuzzi was not hot at all; the hair dryer in the room was not working after 30sec

The breakfast and dinner was really good . The room is bigger than expected

It has some renovation in the spa and it has lot of dust.The pool was cold and there is no sauna before 11 o'clock. The room was a bit durty and it has some ants.Some of the staff was rude

view! room size (large apartment with generous living so we could spend time together)

it's quite far from Bansko and roads are not always cleaned (the small street where the hotel is located is not a good place to park during the winter as you might find your car hit by other cars) beds are really awful!

Superb

Great place for family vacation. The apartment was clean and comfortable for all of the family. The food during the breakfast and dinner was perfect. The reastaurant staff attitude was just on a very high level. The facilities: swimming pool and spa was great, appropriate for adults and kids. Best match price&quality! We will get back ;) the nature around is just amazing.

There were no kitchenette (forks, spoons, knives, plates)on the apartment and the reception staff didn't allow us to take any to have lunchn in the apartment, even the fact there was kitchen box with oven, washing machine and so on...but....
