Not great, but wasn't also bad

Location is great. Quiet and cozy .The size of the apartment is great. There are two balconies with gorgeous views to Pirin and Rila mountains. Plenty of parking space. Room was clean and very well heated. Restaurant food was delicious and the cheff was very welcoming. Water in the inside pool was warn and pleasant

Tha spa was very small overall and some of its facilities weren't functional on Friday but we're turned on Saturday when there were more people. Why!? The spa and it's fasilites were worn and need repair! Also it wasn't very clean . Windows and mirros in the pool and jacuzzi were were quite dirty. Furniture, cabinets and bathroom in the apartment was also worn out and in need of repair. Outside fasade tiles were fallen off on many places . Outdoor area overall needs a lot of repair also to look welcoming as it was once was. Lobby bar was not opened as well. Overall 4 star raiting and price wasn't deserved.

spa is fine but nothing special, jacuzzi is temperature is the same as pool not hot as it should be. Half the time the sauna and steam bath were not working.

I am glad that we stayed at this hotel.

I loved that our apartment was so spacious and had everything we needed, it was clean too.

The location was kind of annoying for travelling to Bansko and back.

Great stay overall - spacious, clean, great staff, and an amazing value.

The apartment was very spacious and the hotel itself is really nice. It has a good size gym, pools, and pretty much everything you’d expect from a proper hotel. The staff all around were very polite and professional. Honestly, it felt like a really great value - maybe because it wasn’t peak season, but the price was hard to beat. Parking was super easy, no issues at all. And for the two people out there who care about this: the water pressure in the apartment was amazing.

Would not recommend

The food was kind of good.

The pool was dirty, the inside pool was full of green fungus,over-chlorated and very small. The bar and restaurant has poor choice and did not work for the most of the day.

Maybe would come again in spring or summer, but definitely not in winter as there is no warm walkway to get to the spa.

Clean room, nice yard, great outdoor pool. Friendly staff but they sometimes looked a little tired. Very cheap food.

We had no electricity in one of the outlets near the bed, and also one of the steambaths did not work, as well as the jacuzzi in the big pool.

Average hotel, not for 4 stars but honestly for the price you pay acceptable.

Booked with breakfast. One morning It happenet that the coffee machine was broken. If you want coffee- you have to get it on the bar and pay for it.

Great for family getaway even in summer

Clean pool. Very clean and spacious room, signs of wearout of the facilities. Food and its ingredients exceeded our expectations. Convenient kids garden in the middle of the yard.

Limited access to strollers. The Internet was inconsistent during our stay due to maintenance (minor inconvenience). We wish there was an option for all inclusive/full board.

We liked the view from our room, the pool outside and the spa facilities inside. The reception desk helped us book a horse riding walk and we also had the massages that they offer and they were amazing.

Our room furniture was a bit outdated for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom seemed mouldy and one of the cabin shower doors was missing.

The room had to be changed, which took several hours. the tub was clogged and rust was leaking from the lyre in the bathroom. There was a wedding in the restaurant and at the pool and they couldn't be used to their full potential.

Exceptional

It was clean, the food was really good and the staff was really of a great help. Would definitely recommend this place as the spa is great, also it is a bit far from the city centre but you get a really lovely view and the staff is always ready to give you a ride somewhere if it’s during the day. The food in the restaurant, apart from the breakfast was excellent as well, big portions, okay prices and amazing taste, tho the menu is not really big you still have a great choice.

The poll is so little for this hotel. The bad thing is that you must go out for the spa, and you have feeling that you are freezing. The room was clean, but so cold. the food was good.

it was damn cold in the apartments!!! in order to spend the night there we got to buy wood from the reception and light the fireplace

The rudest "receptionist" ever..

Rude staff! We arrived to check in and the "receptionist" did not even looked at us..she did not say hello!..she did not know that we had already paid via booking and the started to say some crazy prices about the facilities.. dinner 200 euros per person etc. Absolutely rediculous..Never have I seen such a rude personell.. Bad Attitude without reason. As for the room, cold..really cold and the blankets so tiny and useless. The mattress is for the trash..Also the shower did not have pressure and we couldn't use it at all..definitely one of the worst..
