Nice place to visit

Good studio, nice indoor and outdoor pool, food was ok, always hot water and good weather pressure

It was very crowded in the indoor pool, everything was like it was 12 years ago, nothing changed, time stopped, the kitchen was empty, no facilities, dishes... Breakfast is the same every day

The spa was really small. The swimming pool was also small and there were kids screaming all over the place. The Turkish bath did not work at all

The stuff was, but next time we will chose another hotel.

It was good quality for the price we paid.

First, we were “welcomed” by very rude receptionist. The second impression was that the base needs repairing. The room was clean, but the water heater was noisy, the drain in the bathroom was clogged, there was moving tails on the floor.

The pool was warm and the spa room as well so we did enjoy swimming with our baby. the room was preheated also which is good. The view of the Pirin mountain is exceptional! There was a mini market in front of the hotel which is convenient. We liked the lobby with a fireplace and tv where you can relax a bit. It is cozy and warm.

There was a strong wind during our stay and the room has no noise cancellation whatsoever and it was noisy. You can also hear noise from the upper level from other guests dragging chairs and jumping kids. The crib that was provided to us had holes in it and was broken on some parts. In the hotel’s restaurant, the high chair is dirty. no wifi in the room and no utensils in the kitchen. The play area for kids is dirty too.

It was quiet and perfect to relax! I would stayed longer if it wasn't for the blocked shower.

The breakfast was nice, in fact I keep making the same one after I left, and the lobby was very pleasant and comfortable to work from.

The drain in the shower cabin was blocked since the start. I notified the reception and the cleaning ladies but they never fixed it although they said that they would.

The staff were very kind and responded to all of our requests! The temperature of the water in the pool was very pleasant and the steam bath and the sauna worked just perfectly.

The complex is beautiful and quiet. The restaurant, SPA and massages are really good.

Our studio was cold and the heating didn’t work properly. The mattress and pillows were the cheapest possible.

Exceptional

We booked during the week and we were the only guests then. We got a spacious and very clean, well furnished apartment! Prior to our arrival, the staff had turned on all heaters and 2 extra heating fans to ensure the room was warm. Breakfast was great, the spa too. Can definitely recommend if you are fine to be outside of Bansko. If you will be skiing, the hotel also offered a free shuttle.
