Good studio, nice indoor and outdoor pool, food was ok, always hot water and good weather pressure
It was very crowded in the indoor pool, everything was like it was 12 years ago, nothing changed, time stopped, the kitchen was empty, no facilities, dishes... Breakfast is the same every day

The pool was warm and the spa room as well so we did enjoy swimming with our baby. the room was preheated also which is good.
The view of the Pirin mountain is exceptional! There was a mini market in front of the hotel which is convenient. We liked the lobby with a fireplace and tv where you can relax a bit. It is cozy and warm.
There was a strong wind during our stay and the room has no noise cancellation whatsoever and it was noisy. You can also hear noise from the upper level from other guests dragging chairs and jumping kids. The crib that was provided to us had holes in it and was broken on some parts. In the hotel’s restaurant, the high chair is dirty. no wifi in the room and no utensils in the kitchen. The play area for kids is dirty too.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good
The spa was really small. The swimming pool was also small and there were kids screaming all over the place. The Turkish bath did not work at all
