Very disappointing!

Nice surroundings underneath the mountains

Dated rooms and facilities, rude staff speaking only Bulgarian and acted as they didn’t want us there! Very disappointing attitude! It’s a pity for the owners of the resort to have in the payroll people that don’t even honor those that pay their salaries!

A home away from home

I loved that the property had everything, different restaurants, bars , shops, spa etc there is so much to do all in one location! The food was amazing and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend for a ski holiday or golf holiday.

The property is a bit dated…housekeeping services were not good at all. The housekeeper barely did any cleaning or tidying up of our room, the carpet needed to be hovered, the bed wasn’t done- all that was done was towel refresh.

Spa was nice and the view from our apt was amazing.

The toilets are so small in the apt that we rented. I don't know how can you put a big sink and a bathtub in such a small place. I wonder how the architect graduate.

The apartment was worn out, but the pool was nice. Also the only place to play golf in Bansko

The swimming pool was warm and nice. Pirin golf is quite big, so you have great space to take a walk. The hotel is decorated with night lights, and it's lovely to take a walk in the evening.

The apartment was extremely worn out, it's really unbelievable how a prestige facility can allow it. The apartment was poorly furnished as well, not even one night stand lamp in the bedroom tells you how it is. Stains on the walls, furniture worn out, stinks of cigarettes, while the radiators didn't work properly so the living room was pretty much unusable as it was quite cold.

You can tell the house is at least 10 years old it can use some small fixes here and there. Overall it is good valur for the reduced price , we enjoyed the house.

Great location, apartment in need of update.

Good location, spacious apartment.

Crane in access road, car can pass but no fire engine in an emergency. No towels, bathroom door handle broken, pillows old and uncomfortable, no extras. Damp in corners of the ceiling.

Perfect location, nice for walking around the complex, many playgrounds for kids, amazing food and nice all-inclusive package. Top value for money bundle!

There were quite a few cons about the property (Pirin 1, building A): - it is 5min outside walking from the restaurant so during bad weather it would be bad experience - there was no internet although we reported about the issue - there was no daily room cleaning and change of towels

Remembers better times

A spacious living room; a balcony; an equipped kitchen; convenient temperature inside the apartment in otherwise hot summer; easy parking in front of the apartment building; a view to the main pedestrian area of the complex; very close to the bars and restaurants of the complex;

The bathroom is small and outdated; it was difficult to find the reception initially and the apartment afterwards. The lift in the apartment building starts from the second floor. The bed takes up a significant part of the bedroom, and it is dangerous to walk around it. There is no hairdryer. The imported staff have difficulties communicating in the local language.

The location, the landscape, staff were very polite and friendly. Calm nature.

Room was not cleaned daily, they came to change the towels at 15:00 which is not a very good time to do that. Bed was too small for double size bed and all inclusive menu at the restaurant was almost the same every day.

Wonderful gem in near the mountains. Especially great in spring and summer.

Pirin Golf is like a place in paradise, the nature at its best. The complex is beautifully integrated into the woods and you can really feel and smell the clean air. The golf course and the surrounding areas are being kept in, as it seems, in perfect order.

Seems like the facilities and apartment buildings have seen a bit too many winters and need some attention. Otherwise all good.

Overall nice location and atmosphere, but not well managed.

Our room was not ready when we arrived (after check in time) and the receptionist didn't even mention that. We had to wait with our suitcases in front of the room. It was super hot in the room 30+ degrees and when we called reception they couldn't even provide fan (because there was no staff available to bring it to the room). The breaksfast was nowhere near good enough for 5* hotel.

Not much. The reception were great staff - also the young Ukrainian staff were excellent.

The restaurant staff were ABYSMAL - rude, slow, unfriendly, not helpful - and oftentimes sarcastic - both in in their limited English and Bulgarian

The place looked nice, the spa was nice

All the food was cold, the buffet food was served in hot trays but the heaters didn't keep the food warm at all, not a single hot meal during our stay, very disappointing. In the spa when it was busy there was no hot water in the showers.

Exceptional

Amazing grand high class complex. Traditional design and luxurious decoration, magnificent wood and stone everywhere, big fireplaces Great service, kind and very professional staff. Clean areas , big rooms , hot water, comfortable beds and sofas , amazing pools. Majestic view, BRAVO!!!

-On the check out , 8 persons standing by aprox. 30 min. on fully packed cars in order the staff to check the mini bars in our two apartments and finally they over charged us for some coffee capsules we used for the coffee machine (usually these are complimentary drinks). -There are extra charges for the gym.
