Great value for money

The hotel looks nice, it's definitely not new, but the rooms are spacious, clean and have a great view of the mountains. Bed is comfortable. The lobby and restaurant are pleasant, food is decent, but on the pricey side.

I didn't like the A/C heating, air is very dry, floors are cold and the room temperature varies a lot. Shower also leaks. The biggest minus is that there is no space to dry out wet equipment/boots. Staff could be more professional.

Very pleasant hotel with romantic views!

Very pleasant hotel with large car parking area, indoor pool and a SPA. Meals at the restaurant were delicious! Staff was friendly and helpful!

The pool and SPA are not spacious enough - they can accommodate few guests, compared to the whole lot of guests that could stay at the hotel and indeed - the hotel gets almost full during weekends!

I would not go again

It’s ok but a lot of the thing could be better

We asked for a towel and robs as we were four and only had two, plus we had a baby crib when we didn’t even have a baby with us and it was annoying to pass by the room is small anyway to have something you don’t even need or use. The blanket and pillows were not enough as well and the fact that they only give us on the second night was really annoying. Not to mention kitchen with no sink. And going in the pool with kids on the cold weather through the building is not fan

Nice and peaceful

Wonderful location with good services. The apartment we stayed in was very nice and clean with huge balconies and a great view to the mountains. The stuff was very nice and welcoming - they even made sure I received back an item I forgot in the room.

Very nice place to visit, beautiful views.

Location is beyond beautiful. Breakfast was rich and plentiful. The wellness centre is superb.

I think of this as my own mistake for not checking, but no airconditioning is suited for a winter based hotel, and it was summer when I visited.

Our stay was pleasant, the room was big and sufficient for us.

The breakfast was fine, and the restaurant was very cozy and pleasant. Additionally, the room size was quite spacious, the spa center was satisfactory, and the area is very calm and relaxing for evening walks.

The lightning around the main pool was very low, and I am not sure if it is by purpose, but it will be good to improve it. Additionally, during breakfast, I was missing some good vegan options. About the rooms, I think there is room for refreshment; however, I know that sometimes hotels postpone renovations because of the lack of enough profits, and good revenue :)

I wouldn't recommend - no value for money, poor facilities, poor spa centre, staff is undetectable

There was a couple of people from the staff who seemed friendly.

I was not able to understand who works in the hotel as they were not wearing any uniform and they weren't making it obvious who they are. There was 1 worker who seemed to cover reception as well as waitressing. When we arrived we had to walk around to try and find who works there so we can check in. The spa centre was tiny - 1 small swimming pool and a jacuzzi and they were fully occupied with what seemed to be a group of people who were together and there was no system to enable other people to use it. It also seem unclean and that pushed us away from wanting to use it even though this is included in the money we paid. The other guests were very loud and the staff didn't do anything about it. The food was also not worth it and we were happy that we didn't choose the option with dinner. The TV had broken speakers so we weren't able to use that too.

The atmosphere in the restaurant and the lobby was excellent, very comfy.

It was cold in the whole hotel. The room was not heated well, the restaurant wasn't ...even the SPA zone wasn't hot enough. Which I wouldn't actually call a SPA. The water was dirty.

The view from our room was amazing.

The furniture was worn out and the bed in the apartment was very small. It was something between a single and a double bed size. The spa was also quite small and packed with children all the time, running around and screaming with no one to control them.

Not worth the money

Great mountain view, spacious room. Good price for the massages.

No one at reception on our arrival, we had to call so someone can give us keys for our apartment. AC was very loud, 1 hour after turning it off it was still making noises. The apartment needs renovation. The table in the living room had broken legs. Bathroom door was in terrible condition, there were some tiles broken. We expected having kitchen, rather than just a microwave and kettle for hot water for the price, it’s not a studio, but an apartment. We waited long time to be given menu on dinner, no salt/pepper/napkins on the table. Waited again in the morning to get coffee, there was literally no one to get our order. SPA was full with children, could have been good if there was children pool. I have to knock multiple times on the Massage door so I can request a massage, there was no one outside to get your request, the lady was sitting in the Massage room. No lifeguard in the pool area. On the path to the pool there was 3 tiles probably for water drainage that were not secured and when stepping on them they just flipped and fell on my feet. Overall not worth the money.

Great hotel - Nice place

The room was clean and comfortable, nice view of the mountains, comfy beds.The staff is friendly.Beautifull restaurant and atmosphere there, cosy lobby.Good quiet location, big parking place. Nice place not too far from Bansko, close to the mountains.

We didn’t have Wi-Fi in annex building, we complained about it many times and they did nothing about it The whole spa with the pool and jacuzzi were good, but it's small for the capacity of the hotel and you can't use the pool and jacuzzi. Spa center was very crowded so unfortunately didn’t get to use it.The breakfast is ok.The same breakfast menu for the period of our stay, very little variety. Small elevator.Heating only with air conditioners which is not good enough.

Very nice alpine atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant. And very beautiful mountain view from the room.

Unexpectedly good

The breakfast has excellent dairy products and the restaurant had tasty soups and mish-mash. The SPA was small, but quite nice and pretty. The atmosphere was overall really good and I simply loved the view from our room overlooking Pirin 😊

I didn't like the coffee at breakfast and the fact that there weren't any extra blankets in the room. It's true we forgot to ask, but both nights we would remember when it was already too late and the staff was not working. We were not cold as there was heating in the room, but I would have been more comfortable with blankets. For comparison, there were 6 extra pillows. These are literally the worst parts of my stay, so a pretty good place afterall 🙂

Deluxe it was maybe many years ago. We didn’t receive the two bedrooms apartment which was booked and just after our claim they tried to offer us other two rooms where the air conditioning was not working. We spent the night in a very small apartment with the same amount of money. The guy from reception tried to offer us a discount for dinner in the restaurant but was not happened. Breakfast was poor with low quality food and drinks. For sure will not come back in the future

It was very relaxing and had all we needed. Would probably visit again.

Breakfast was good both days. The most important was the playground outside where we could play with our children. It was calm, almost no passing cars. SPA was almost empty which was perfect. Water there was hot. Close to Bansko (like 10-15 mins with car).

There were not any spoons, forks, knives, plates and stuff like that in the apartment.

Beaskfast was good, even thought you had the same stuff everyday. The lady receptionist was very helpful. big parking area. The lobby area was great.

Instead of a normal heater, they just had the AC that you could use for heating. The double bed, was actually two twin beds next to each other with two matresses on them. As a couple it was very hard to sleep together in those beds. During the night they would move, if you moved in the bed.

The staff were helpful in trying to sort out the problems.

This is not a deluxe apartment anymore, they have obviously run out of money so nothing has been upgraded or replaced for a long time. The first apartment we were shown had a new refrigerator and all of the apartments had absolutely nothing in the kitchens . They did have a few cups and glasses and knife and forks. The spa area again was old and tired with no towels . The breakfast when we arrived was cold and a very poor quality.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, special gratutude to the nice shuttle bus drivers. Plenty of space in the apartment, nice view from the terrace. Warm and clean. Stable wifi in block A where we stayed. Spa is nice but small for the hotel size. Breakfast was solid, plenty to choose from.

Very limited shuttle bus service, only fits 8 people and leaves 2x a day at best. Needs to be booked well in advance. Shower leaks, flooding the floor every time. Small boiler, running out of hot water very quickly if more than 4 persons in the room. Breakfast starts at 8h, meaning you cannot physically get to the gondola before 0930h, by which time it's crowded and you'll miss half a day of skiing. No safe in the room. Ski room available, but unlocked and unsecured by camera.

Good choice for a weekend break!

Breakfast were tasty with lots of products to choose. Local restaurant offers very tasty dishes as well. The complex in general is renovated and well-maintained. The stuff is helpful and friendly.

There was no sink (and cleaning accessories) in the kitchenette. Wi-Fi in the room was very week - in fact it was available only in the toilet. Although the rules of using the spa zone were written at the door lots of children were noisy, were jumping to the pool and in general it was quite hard to relax at the spa zone and noone from the stuff was controlling and disciplining such a behavior.
