Nice people, wonderful location, tired look

The location is right in the center, right on a pedestrian street. The staff is very friendly. There's a spa. The beds are comfortable. There's even a small auto museum with some very interesting exhibits. The breakfast is good.

The building is old and the style is tired. It smells of cigarettes. The spa is very dark and has terrible music, like a nightclub. It's noisy everywhere, especially in the jacuzzi, where everyone talks at once and very loudly, instead of quietly enjoying themselves. The shower has no curtain, so after taking a shower, it's impossible to use the toilet; everything around is wet, there's a puddle in the middle, and there's no way to prevent it, and there's nothing to wipe it up with. This definitely needs to be fixed.

A hotel with a very good price-quality ratio.

Normal 4* hotel, excellent breakfast, clean rooms with reasonable spa facilities. It is located very close to the park and has its own free parking. Because there weren't many people at the pool it was excellent for us, but it's not very big and compensates with an interesting jacuzzi.

Unfortunately, when I made the reservation, I did not request a room with a balcony, so pay attention to this detail. We made the reservation for a Thursday night and when we extended our stay by one day they asked us 20 euros extra for two rooms.

Staff were helpful. Location was excellent.

Air Conditioning didnt work properly in a heat wave. I suspect it was controlled centrally. After 1 day an night the ac became cooler. This was after several complaints to reception and to booking.com. PS: Booking.com did not even reply. Just several automated responses over 3 days. Poor customer service from booking.com!

Nice hotel located in the center, with SPA center and good atmosphere.

The hotel is located in the center of Sandanski, therefore is perfect if you want to take a walk and visit the city. My room was very clean and I slept very well. We paid 100 Leva (50 EUR) for one night. The price included the breakfast, the access to the SPA with a swimming pool, a jacuzzi with thermal water, a steam room and a sauna. You can pay extra for massage. Moreover the place is equipped with a changing room and showers. We have received a 15% discount for the dinner. The food was very nice and the atmosphere was really nice.

I do not have any remarks for this structure. Everything was perfect and the price was fair.
