Great choice for staying in Sandanski.

The house is perfect for a few nights stay, at the very heart of the city of Sandanski, 1 minute from the pedestrian area at the city center. It was clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. They called to confirm the reservation and clear the details before our trip, then gave us directions to find the location and met us on the street to help with parking and accommodation. All rooms have terrasse which is great. Issuing a company invoice is also not a problem.

The only thing we missed was a breakfast, they don't serve such.

The decoration of the rooms. Not all of them but 70% happy. Cars very safe.

Not very clean. Could do better with cleaning and emptying the rubbish Stayed 3 nights and the cleaner didn't show up and didn't even empty the rubbish bins. Probably this was written on the description but it seemed very strange Area has not night life.. By 20.00 pm everything is closed. Bansko and Sofia is the places to visit but you have to drive for a while

Comfy guesthouse in the center of Sandanski

The guesthouse is very centrally located, close to the bus station, just a few meters away from the central pedestrian street and all the bars and restaurants there, very convenient! The host was very helpful, the facilities were clean and comfortable. I will be booking this guesthouse for my next visits to Sandanski for sure!

Не очаквах, че е трети етаж без асанаьор, поне не съм видяла в описанието. От кухнята единствено щяхме да използваме кафемашината, но нямаше нито една капсула. Леглото и възглавниците бяха ужасно неудобни за нас.

В целом нам понравилось, цена соответствует качеству.

Отличные апартаменты за свою цену, локация-2 минуты до центральной улицы, очень уютно, тепло, удобная кровать в спальне, заселили по приезду гораздо раньше, чем указано на букинге, за это огромное спасибо, после 8 часов за рулем это было то, что нужно. Вода теплая была все время, нужно только секунд 30 подержать кран открытым. Наличие паркинга за вменяемые деньги также порадовало (20 лев за 4 суток) Оплата наличными по месту как в евро так и в левах. Т.к у нас живут друзья в Сандански, думаю мы к Вам еще вернемся))

Отсутствие електрочайника. И жаль, что не было микроволновой печи, но впринципе без этого можно и обойтись. Wi-fi плохой, работал только в ночное время. Отсутствие лифта, тащить чемодан по винтовой лестнице на 4-й этаж то еще удовольствие. Отсутствие домофона в номере-с 4 этажа не особо охотно спускаться, чтоб открыть дверь супругу, который вышел в магазин. Мебель и сантехника уже подустали, на первый взгляд в номере чисто, но все поверхности типа верха холодильника, места для головных уборов на вешалке, вытяжка, если ее открыть-очень сильно в пыли. Отсутствие шкафа-только комод, который занят доп.подушками и одеялами и прикроватные тумбочки. Вещи хранили в чемоданах(

Escroquerie manifeste !

La proximité aux commerces

La qualité est très loin de la présentation : En plus de la très passable condition de la chambre, la petite terrasse est directement au-dessus de la route principale... Donc pollution importante et bruits même la nuit. La climatisation ne marche pas !! En synthèse, Bien 'merdique' pour un prix excessif. Pour finir, le propriétaire ne prend pas la carte bancaire. Uniquement du cash. En 'oubliant' de faire une facture, et rendre la monnaie... À ÉVITER !!!
