Nice location at the border with Greece. Very good restaurant with bulgarian food. Good breakfast. In the summer they have a swimming pool.

My parents had a great time there. It is centrally located. Friendly stuff. The pool its ok. Its busy during the weekend. The restaurant is ok.

Highly recommended for short or long stays

Exceptionally good value for money, very polite staff, impeccable cleanliness, tasteful decoration, the most comfortable bed and pillows I've seen in a while in a hotel (finally, a single big mattress for a king-sized bed and not two separated mattresses which is extremely annoying for couples who actually enjoy sleeping together). Wonderful breakfast and good coffee. Right in the heart of the city.

There was nothing that I didn't like apart perhaps from the fact that my stay was too short. I will definitely prefer this place for future visits.

Even if we were late, we were welcomed with a smile. The room was quite nice, but it was next to the street, so it was a bit loud when cars passed by. In order to sleep, we had to close all windows and turn the AC on. All in all, a very good value.

Comfortable for Short Stay

Good size room. Balcony. Garden, and small pool. Comfortable bed. Close to center, shops and restaurants.

Free parking is on street only. Wifi didn’t work in the room, only in common area downstairs. Higher rooms, must use stairs, so if you have luggage, it maybe an issue. Staff speaks little English.

They don't speak, only Bulgarian, but nevertheless they try to make us understand each other.

At first we got the wrong room, but we said that it was different in the reservation and we got the right room, although we couldn't use the balcony door. There were two in total to have breakfast, dinner, and to the hotel reception.

Pleasant

The house is clean, facilities are good, rooms are relatively spacious, furniture and decoration is in a traditional style, which was a nice touch. There is a small restaurant underground, ran by the same staff, opens at 18.00 till 22.00 for dinner if you do not feel to go out, it's a suitable choice. Food was delicious, prices were normal. Regarding location, it's not bad, but we couldn't find it without navigation. There is no parking space in the yard, but the owner advice where to park on the street across the house.

There is no elevator and it's hard to reach the last floor (4th) by the stairs, specially with the luggage. Staff's attitude towards us was good, but we noticed that they commented about other guests (foreigners) in a not very polite way. There is not a person available at the reception all the time, you need to call them to come. WiFi was not working.

The location is excellent and you can quickly get to the city center. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and smelled really good which reflects the overall hygiene.

The central location.

Old furniture, dirty bathrooms with spots of blood near the sink, long spiderwebs hanging from the bathroom roof. Absolutely disappointed from the hotel stuff-rude and shouting in corridors and 3 times knocking on the door in the morning for 7 min delay on the check out.

For our group it was a perfect location for a short stay.

It was extremely close to the center, but the indoor yard still gave the feeling of comfort and relaxation. The rooms and bathrooms were big. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The cups in the bathrooms were a little dirty, but besides that there are no complains.

Lovely time!

The property is so lovely, lots of traditional Bulgarian touches. The location is good, about a 5-10 minute walk from the Main Street. We also had breakfast included, which was really good, and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and kind. They always waited for us to finish up our breakfast, even though we were a few minutes late past the 10pm closing time, for which we give a special thanks to Nikolai and Veska for their amazing service! Overall a great stay, I highly recommend!

Mediocre

We stayed for one night in tranzit fron Greece. The room was ok, with two single beds side by side, it had air con, a mini fridge, and a closet. Pretty much ok, but nothing wow. The breakfast was decent (from 8am to 10am).

A lot of noise from the street, a lot of noise from other rooms, the shower had no courtain or anything to prevent water from spraying all over the bathroom. A really small balcony which barely fitted one. The parking was on the street (the owner told me that it was ok where I parked but in the morning I found my wipers lifted for some reasons - and a little damage caused by forcing the wiper onto the bonnet). I think you can find petter options in Sandanski for less money.
