Good and clean with good SPA facilities.
There is condensation in the room. The gym one of the machines was out of order by the dust on it it was long broken.

A great find for us and we will definitely go again. This is a small hotel on a hill overlooking Sandanski. We only stayed one night and ate in the restaurant so the distance didn't bother us. There is a car park with a barrier. The staff were really nice, genuine people. For the price we paid the room was just fine - if I come again for longer I'll book a larger room - but the spa and pool were great. A nice big warm pool that was not overcrowded and 4 saunas/steam rooms were better than some of the much larger and fancier spas I have been to in Bulgaria costing twice the price. We ate dinner in the restaurant - the menu is modest but the food was tasty and inexpensive, and we enjoyed the breakfast. As another reviewer mentioned you choose your breakfast from a menu but I don't find that unreasonable for a small hotel. The scrambled eggs I got were delicious
The room was small and there were no tea or coffee facilities - but that is what we booked and for the price it was fine.

Everyone was really kind and caring. I would say I haven't seen such kind people for a while. Although the hotel doesn't have all the stars, people working there make the difference.
The room didn't have a radiator in the bathroom where we can dry oyr towels. Though, this wasn't the end of the world.
