Good interaction with the staff, they helped us carry the luggage to the room. Excellent location by the river with enough space to park the car in front of the hotel. Clean and tastefully decorated room (No.4 at the second floor). Very quiet by night. WiFi OK. Coffee machine to prepare your own coffee in the corridor in front of the room.

Nice location, some tea/coffee in the room, easy check-in and check-out. Fine for 1 night stay.
The weakest point is breakfast in a restaurant nearby - ridiculously small piece of bread with sth and a coffee.
Also, if you’re a light sleeper - the light from the facade is on all night and there is no proper black-out curtains in the room.
Bathroom smells strange.

Melnik is a quaint and beautiful little city. One of our favourites in Bulgaria. Our room in Guest House Holiday was very spacious, well furnished and with a view. It had a big bathroom with a bathtub.The location is excellent, right on the main square. The staff was very helpful .They helped us selecting the right kind of food in the restaurant, helped us calling a taxi for sight seeing ( as we had language problem) and always smiling, Will remember them.
We enjoyed the breakfast and the food in the restaurant downstairs.
Highly recommended.
Everything was nice. May be they could include a fruit in their breakfast menu.
