Problem with language

.. ..Very big problem with the language if you don't speak bulgarian. We booked a room on booking... when we arrived at the property... they didn't know that we have a reservation, and didn't understand a thing from what we were trying to say. It was more a NO to ower stay, than a yes :)) they wanted to escape faster the problem with language. In the end, we managed with Google translate to tell what we want, and to pay (only cash he wanted, but we didn't had leva, so we paid in euros). After that...the room was ok, bed confy.,view green and peace outside.

.. ... . . .The language problem...to difficult, and the negative attitude in the end... Cause we had same experience in other two stays... the owners didn't speak english at all, but we managed easy to pay, park and get the key... talking only with ower hands :)) So.I won't repeat the experience, even if everything got well in the end.

Superb

The hotel part was recently renovated (or the rooms were brand new) , very clean and well prepared rooms. Nice beds, pillows, very comfortable and tidy. You won't find anything with this price-quality ratio. The exterior was very beautiful, the air is very clean in that forest. The owner is a very honest and straightforward guy who has put years of work to build this restaurant / hotel. He told us everything we need to know about the rooms and treated us to his home made rakija, which was top notch. The restaurant also prepared for us fresh fried trout for us, which was made simple but finger-licking good. The fried potatoes met our expectations and together with the fish and rakia made an epic dinner

The only minus I could point out was that the walls were a bit thin and you could hear activity in the neighboring rooms a bit more than usual, but still not as bad as other Bulgarian hotels

Pleasant

The hosts were very friendly although the contact with them wasn’t easy enough as they don’t know English. The place was nice with a great view, although it didn’t fulfill our needs as it is far away from the city center.

As I mentioned before the exact location isn’t in the city center as it is seems to be in the booking’s map.

Po dlouhé cestě jsme si odpočinuli. Unaveni jsme byli vděční za postel. Snídaně: 4 trojúhelníčky toastového chleba obalené ve vajíčku (hodně mastné), lžíce borůvkové marmelády (výborná), kousek sýra a sklenice ajranu

Asi již použité povlečeni s fleky, špinavý ručník, výhled do dvora a ne na hory nebo řeku.

Изключително негостоприемна обстановка.Беше направена забележка за чипс и безалкохолно,че искам да внеса в стаята си.Няма пос терминал и собственоръчно попълваш документи за настаняване на хвърчащи листчета.

Препоръчвам със сигурност

Местоположението е страхотно. Отношението на персонала също. Неописуемо е да спиш и да чуваш шума на реката или да пиеш кафе в страхотната градина. Леглата са изключително удобни, стаите чисти, а гледката от тераса е един път.
