Perfect and relaxing

One of the best hotels in terms of value for money. I highly recommend the rooms on the fourth floor — the view is fantastic! The receptionist even parked my car and brought my luggage to the room free of charge. I’m very satisfied!

I wish we could have stayed a bit more

The place was spacious, very clean, we had a beautiful view. the host greeted us at 23 00, helped us park the car and was very nice to us regardless the late hour we arrived.

If you go to Sandanski, go to Avis.

To be honest, Hotel Avis is the best place to go if you want to Stay in Sandanski. There is this big hotel in the city. But Avis has a better location and is more personal.

Interesting for one night transit. The town is old balneoclimatic town. Nice mountains view

The room was clean, the view from the balcony was very nice over the hills and town. Very helpful host at the reception. The motorcycle could be parked at the entrance, apart from the main road. Parking along the main road is a bit tricky in case you travel by car because the street has a dead end, it is pretty steep and you dont have many parking spots.

The location of this hotel is just perfect - right above the park, so if you don't mind walking 50-ish stairs, you will find that you are practically in the park. This can be avoided by using the quite elevated sidewalk that is also a bit longer. The property is very well cleaned. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were traveling with a toddler and were accommodated on the first floor even though we didn't specify it (there's no elevator in the building)

The breakfast is a quite scarce. It is very cheap and that should probably explain it, but I still hardly feel it's worth it. The mini fridge in the room was not working.

Low communication with the guy in the reception. No client satisfaction. Not working according to the details on booking

It was clean, apparently only the cleaning stuff is good.

Even though I booked 2 double rooms with double beds, the guy in the reception gave us single beds and he resisted not to change. I showed him my reservation details with pictures on booking but he did not change the room. Me and my husband stayed in single beds lol. Also, for the price, it was 56 levas per room but he charged us 60 levas. I think this hotel should not be on Booking.com, because they do not organize themselves according to the prices and room details on booking. I would not recomment! Zero client satisfaction!

Everything was great and we will be back again.

The hotel is on great locations and the double rooms are spacious with great view. Our room was on the third floor with spectacular view of the city. Very close near by is the main street with many shops and restaurants. The hotel is just few minutes from the park.

Clean room with a nice view to the outside.

WiFi was a disaster. It doesn’t really exist. I couldn’t work online, I lost money because of this. I was forced to use my (limited) own internet personal data and pay extra funds to my provider. This accommodation brought me back 25 years ago, what a pity!!! Luck of elevator and kettle are also important to mention. Front Desk totally cold & indifferent, never replied to the phone, looking to the other side everytime I passed by. Terrible to see it happen. A change of attitude is wanted .. desperately!
