Hotel is Ok, but don’t go to the live club.

The hotel is nice, facilities like pool and SPA are ok. It is fairly clean and there is a good restaurant with live music and lunch menu

The disco bar/ live club is a total disaster and a scam, fake alcohol and the security in the bar is picking on the hotel guests, trying to start fights with them. Smoking inside. Hotel didn’t react in any way. Furniture in the hotel is a little outdated, but mostly fine.

Good location. Clean. Proper food

Very noisy and not suitable for relaxation or families with small children. It was almost impossible to rest properly due to constant noise. Considering the price, the overall quality of stay and service does not offer good value for money. The room was clean, but the property feels quite worn and in need of renovation. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The young man who works in the swimming pool is for the rubbish.

The room was big and the spa was wonderful.

All the stuff from the reception until the bar and the spa they didn't speak english, and they were very rude.I wonder there isn't anyone who control all these people...Unsuitable stuff totally.

Best Spa in Sandanski

A solution must be found for guests who like to leave their towels on the loungers and leave. On busy days all loungers have towels spread across them, with no more than 15 people in the pool area...

Great hotel, spa and facilities, everything is convenient and a good infrastructure inside the hotel. Will definitely come back again.

The position of the hotel is a bit outside, so walking for a dinner out is complicated. Parking was full, but outside it is possible to park too.

A great hotel with unfortunately awful customer experience from reception

this is a great hotel in a beautiful setting, breakfast buffet is very good, housekeeping service is top, very nice pools, playground for kids, room size good

for this kind of a hotel, the reception staff is AWFUL!!! for any kind of a hotel..... Our welcome by Vasxxx lady was that check in is at 2pm. Repeated it 2x and it looked like she is done with how she welcomes guests..... Then she finally offered to leave bags there, or go for a coffee etc. Check out was a very similar awful situation when they gave me a paper with an amount I shall pay. Our stay was fully pre-paid, they couldn't see it. Our bad is that we don't speak Bulgarian, the staff who we dealt with had bad English and really doesn't make you feel welcome. Awful. We avoided reception whenever possible. Very sad as they are the first and last representatives of the hotel. they allow people in the outside pool smoke, while they are actually in the pool (disgusting, but maybe the guests just didn't respect the rules)

They cleaned the rooms daily and staff was very nice. A great choice of swimming pools. Most of the time not crowded at all.

Not very close to places you can eat- 30 min. walk. But walk was through the park- good for digestion.

Upon arrival the receptionist didn’t tell us anything about the hotel - where are the restaurants, pool or spa, time for breakfast, check out etc. Food at the restaurant was very bad - mussels and pork were dry and overcooked - dry mussels! Was impossible to eat. After the first night we went eating at the city. The waiter offered terrible service. Bed mattresses were extremely hard was very uncomfortable to sleep.

Ok but I wouldn’t rush back

Our 6 year old loved the pools and the kids towel robe changed each day was a nice touch. We went for the slightly more expensive room and it was decent and as shown in photos. The prices for food and drinks were reasonable. Free parking. I had a massage and it was a good experience.

Of the two restaurants we were told on arrival one only opens for lunch which left only one option for dinners the food in that restaurant was ok but not great and we ate out all but the first night. Staff training seems poor. Pool bar and bar in the lobby staffed by miserable looking younger staff who seems annoyed to be dragged from their phones to serve. Waiters in restaurants were mixed with some being ok and others seeming fed up. Internet was of variable strength and not particularly reliable. Coffee machine in room with two coffee pods. Our relatives who also stayed in the room next to us were told they couldn’t have more coffee pods as it’s a ‘welcome gift’ only. No kettle in the room and the coffee machine only produces hot water that tastes of coffee so couldn’t use the tea bags provided. Hotel seems a little run down and could do with some basic maintenance and a few more staff!

Not terrible but will avoid in the future

The location is great and so are the facilities: you can tell the hotel was top knotch once. The SPA is close to the best in the country. The price more or less corresponds with the level of the hotel, maybe 15-20% lower will be a solid 8.5

It just feels like a good hotel is managed by amateurs. Block restaurant is a comedy for dinner as drink service basically does not exist. Staff is not trained in hospitality at all. Breakfast is “pancakes from a plastic bag put by hand (no gloves) in a plate” type. There was a serious issue with our room access which was resolved after a few hours and the room was changed. The manager called me and told me I should look for her the next day to get compensated. Next time maybe consider guests do not work in the hotel to be called to look for someone and beg for discounts, we are ok not to be further compensated and just avoid the hotel in the future. All in all, it is sad that the hotel has (or maybe had?) potential to be a top 5 hotel, all the expensive things such as building, spa, mineral water, location etc. are there but the managament is far below par compared to the leading hotels in Bulgaria in 2025.

It is a nice facility and we enjoyed our stay there

It was very clean, the indoor pool is very nice. My kids (5 years old) enjoyed the kids room a lot. It was not quite ok that the kids are encouraged to paint some figures that are really expensive… a small Easter egg for 10 EUR for example. For older kids there was no actual entertainment except the pools. Breakfast was ok, but quite a short slot 8 to 10 am, which is a bit stressful. I found it annoying that there was no tea or coffee in the room, only coffee at arrival. The bottled water in the room was also to be purchased … The opening hours of the fitness center, which was in the spa area were too short 8 to 8. The playground outside was nice but also for small kids. The hotel is at the end of the city, so you need a car or taxi to reach the park as it is not nice to walk. Many small things are a bit broken, and it’s a pity they are not repeated…

Great hotel, close to the park, well maintainef, not busy

All hotel was well maintained and run, also great children room. The pool are great. Rooms are refirbished, restroom in apartment is new. Great design of the hotel.

The breakfast was good, but same food was all week. There is no lift, only stairs to access indoor pool and sauna. Very important to management of the hotel: on booking it was not stated that every room has a fridge and if requested cot and kettle could be provided. At first I dissmised possibility to stay in the hotel because of that, later I decided to go for it because of high rating. Cot and kettle has been provided by the hotel.

Every time I go to a hotel of the group, there is a maintenance little problem. Now the light on the bed wasn t working on one site and the toilet was leaking. The food is ok, but the general ambiance in the restaurant is poor, may be a bit music will help. Staff perfect

Amazing place, great value for money.

Everything was so perfect that me and my daughters had the perfect SPA day during a very challenging period for us. The room was spottlessly clean, the view from the balcony was a stream that would soothe you magically when you sleep, the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, there was a ton of complimentary stuff (even a shaving razor, toothbrush and toothpaste). The breakfast buffet was huge, with a wonderful variety of things to choose from. The staff was very helpful in all matters. The SPA facilites also offer great variety of thing to enjoy. If it was so delightful during winter, I can only imaginne how awesome it's going to be in warmer weather. Definitely a place that I look forward to visiting again.

Maybe it would be good if the balcony door could be shut from the outside so that the room wouldn't get cold when a person wants to sit out for a while, but honestly, that's not really an issue. No complaints whatsoever.
