Clean, easy to find, location next to the sport hall and the bus station

A good value for money, friendly staff and clean spaces. The spa centre was not working though.

The hotel is in close proximity to the central bus station and to the town’s sports centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms and spaces were very clean. There is a restaurant downstairs which is very convenient.

The only downside of our stay at Pautalia hotel was the fact that the spa centre was not working.

A place to have peace after a day of seesighting

- Even though there is no dedicated parking, there were parking sports available next to the hotel - even during Easter holidays. - Very welcoming check-in - by the hotel owner himself. - Most furniture is better than expected. - PVC bathroom doors. - Easy to drive location - close to the city entrance. - Small and quiet hotel, no endless corridors, no loud westerners.

- Maintenance work is failing behind: For example the towel hanger was partly pulled from from the wall. Window system need some adjustment. Holes in mosquito nets. TV is delivered over coax cable, but coax connectors are not well installed, leading to frame drops and video freezes. - Breakfast selection and quality could be improved

The owners were very helpful and cooked the food even was very late.

We were at lever 5 with 4 small children with us. They could give us accommodation to a lower level.

Nice place, very friendly and helpful staff

We stayed for one night, on our way from Greece. The rooms are big, comfortable and were very clean, the food was great and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We forgot something in our room, we contacted them and thay answered immediately and send our stuff to us by courier. Definitely recommend!

A value for money hotel only 20 km from the border, close to a gas station and 4 minutes away from the main road. Clean and cosy rooms, nice breakfast and also very tasty food in normal prices. Strongly recommended!

Great transit option

It's a greatl transit option to Greece. A very warm guest, trying to do his best for its customers. They even cooked at 22:30 when we arrived. It has also great recommendations for what to do în different parts of Greece.

- The bathroom, it has no shower cabin. The water goes directly to the floor, near the toilet. But for a transit option, it's really not a problem
