Excellent central location with walkable surroundings, though much of the area outside the pedestria

The location of the property is excellent. We parked our car in the property’s private garage and did not need it for the entire stay, as everything is within walking distance. The town itself is perfect for leisurely walks and relaxation.

One small downside is that, outside the main pedestrian area, many spaces are converted into parking areas. That said, traffic was generally light and did not significantly affect our stay.

A comfortable apartment in a good location.

It was a very comfortable apartment although the second bedroom was in fact part of the living room, but it had a proper bed. Private and secure parking was provided.

Unfortunately there was no kettle in the kitchen area of the apartment, so although I had tea and coffee with me, I was unable to make a drink in the morning.

Very very clean room and very comfortable. The room has air conditioning. Big terrace. Nice kitchen with icebox and park place near apartmens. Apartmens is very near center of city.

Lovely little find

Great location, parking 5 leva a day. Parking is hard to find so this was a key factor. Big spacious apartment, two minutes walk from the main Street. Market just across the road.

Superb

Nice location, clean, cosy and quiet. Perfect for families or couples who don't need extras, just place for rest. There is open market near, fast food and many other small shops. The city park is about 200-300 m from the hotel

For those who wants to use the kitchen corner -there is almost nothing, just a pan, few plates and glasses, forks, spoons, no knifes! It is appropriate only for warming cooked food.

Sparkling cleanliness, central location, sound proof windows, the view from the balcony on the river if you are on the balcony and looking along the river, but...

... but the main view from window is on the crossroad and Casino on the opposite side with all it's neons. Soundproof windows are very useful, but the balcony door didn't close properly, so the noise of river and traffic and air conditioners engines was a bit annoying when the windows were closed and really annoying when the windows were open. The apartment is heated by two air conditioners. It is quite enough to heat the space, but we personally don't like it because the hot air is always on the top. This makes a situation when there's no fresh air to breath, while your feet are still cold. Besides, they are always noisy. Our kitchenette staff didn't have following: dish soap, sponges, kitchen towel, frying spatula. Not that much, but these basic things make your life much more comfortable. When we ask the host to provide us with this, we got a suggestion to buy it by ourselves and were told that this was not a professional kitchen. Another thing we'd like to mention is the absence of a shower curtain. So, after taking a shower the floor of a toilet room is wet, unless you swipe it by the towel, cause there is no cleaning cloth. The underground parking is on small charge, the outside free parking is not always available.

Good stay for a night in the center of the city

This is a good property in the very center of the city with direct access to the city park. Staff was extremely attentive but the description of the room should be more accurate. May be a good option for a night but staying two is too much.

It will be good to make a picture of the bathroom. With one shower for two rooms that shares the bathroom with the toilet this makes using the bathroom pretty challenging for a family. If I knew it I would have not reserved this property. One would imagine that being next to the market should not be a challenge to find a good breakfast. Turns out to be wrong though.

We had to pay extra for the secured parking. The room with the view to the river was noisy. The staff doesn't speak english. No mosquito net. It does't worth to pay for the room with the view.

Hardly a hotel, just appartments for rent. Staff speaks no English, “free parking” is in the street (hard to find a free spot), but it’s free only between certain hours (during the night), as Elit “hotel” is located in a street parking pay area.
